They don't oversell you with services that you don't need. So far, I've been loving the shortest hair I currently have. I usually prefer my long haircut trims, but they just made the short hair work! My husband, on the other hand, hated the long waits in salons, so he often times avoid them. With them, everything is convenient (from appointment confirmation down to relaxed seats). My husband loved how precise his haircut was and he urged me to set an appointment for the next two months. Can't wait for my next visit! But just a couple months ago she moved away so that meant we had to find a new salon. BIG MISTAKE. We went to this Master Cuts with new people cutting our hair and I hated my outcome (I will have pictures) I told her I wanted her to cut off about 2 inches and that she did fine. Then I told her I wanted it the back to be straight across since my aunt did a U shape on my other hair cuts. She BOTCHED THE BACK. I did not notice at first because she did not let me see the back and I didn't have my glasses on to see. I also have bangs that needed cut so I asked her to cut them. They are soooo JAGGED!!! I am FURIOUS!!! My dad got a beard trim and was JUST AS PISSED. We walked out and my dad said "Your hair got botched for $60. No way in h*** are we going back again" so I guess you could say we are not happy customers. If I could rate this negative stars, trust me I would have!!!!
