I could not get anyone to pick up the phone? I called back about 10 times, because the voicemail is full, and they would not answer? So... I packed my dog up and went to find out what was going on...This is a place of business, and the time that they close is 9:00pm. It was about 6:45pm when I entered Lady Janes. Instead of signing up for a haircut... I called the number again... It took a long time, but someone finally answered the phone? I told that person that I have been trying to call to set an appointment all evening, and no one answers? I told them that I would come back Saturday, since they were so busy that they could not answer the phone, and this lady that I presume manages lady Jane's.... Told me to never come back. That was their answer to a great customer, for the last 2 years? Not very professional? So if anyone knows where Maggie went to cut hair... I would love to connect with her again! Because she was the best at her job, and she was beyond good at cutting hair! She was totally professional, and deserved much more. My wife had shaved my head after a surgery and had left a small patch longer that was unruly. Normally I go to my stylist in Greenwood that I've followed from salon to salon for nearly 20 years, but since that is a lot farther away than this local salon that my wife has been using for about eight years (and looking great!), she called her stylist and was able to squeeze in my hair cut. Even though the stylist wasn't quite ready for me at the arranged time, we ran a few errands and came back less than 15 minutes later when I was able to get a cut. As you can tell by my rating, I was very pleased with the quality of the cut and her willingness to squeeze my very affordable service in. I find it hard to rate salons since so many stylists are independent and depending upon who you go to, your experience can be really good or disastrous. Mine was quite pleasing and my stylist was masked since I needed to remove mine for the haircut. The salon is not large and counting the owner, there are three stylists that I believe use the same price list. Note that if you wish to use a credit card instead of cash, there is a small service fee to cover her additional costs to the credit companies. The salon sells product that the larger product shops sell, but the owner believes that her prices are lower because she has less overhead to cover than the large places (Like Ulta). The five star rating is mainly due to my wife's continual great results (and her friend's too who has been going here even longer.) I really appreciated that she found time to fit me in at a great price and only a short distance away. Review #3859

There is another stylist in the shop, Cindy, whom I haven't been to, but I would trust her as well. They are getting ready to introduce a new line of styling products that I'm excited to try.
