They insisted that they were only a little late and that is was acceptable behaviour from a professional service. I was offered no discount or compensation. I was charged hundreds of dollars more. I called asking why I was charged more than what was signed off on and they said they have the right to charge up to 10% more. Now they will not return the excess funds they charged me, which is essentially stealing. I have reported this to the police. Avoid this company at all costs. They will underestimate and over-charge after the work is done.
