I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.

I took my…read moreiPhone 6 in for repair because my face cracked after my phone was broken ( i dropped it ) i called here and was given one price over the phone $89 but i got there an the price went up to $115 ( i should have left then ) but was told for new parts the price was more but on the same day of the repair before i left it was frozen they got it to work but the finger scanner went out about a hour later so i called and he said come back tomorrow so i took the phone back the next day and then after leaven maybe 2 hours later i notice a black line starting to appear on my screen . I called n was told come back again the next day. I took the phone back again the next day and they told me i had broke the phone by sitting on it ( keep in mind i never placed my phone in my back pocket and i also called them the same day and was told to just bring it back tomorrow ) but when i went back they wouldn't repair my phone and i was told by Apple store that they gave me a bad LCD which was used ( of course Apple wouldn't repair behind them and replacement was $300) this place is a rip off and I will never recommed anyone to the place . I should have know because while my phone was being repaired two other people came in complaining that they phone wasnt working after they repaired it and one person bought a new one and it didn't work but unfortunately they make you pay upfront ..... Beware , this place is a scam and will steal your phone parts to sell and replace your phone parts with old ones that dont work !!!!

Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: The reply below is bogus. I called, created a ticket, was told I would receive a call from a case manager within 24-48 hours. I'm on day 3 now with no phone call from the store or this "customer service" reply. I called and creacted ANOTHER ticket. Still waiting on a call. MEANWHILE, the store still has my laptop (1 month now) my $$ (several 100 $$) and they will not return a call either. When I call the store, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. The incompetence here goes deep. My laptop has not been resolved, noone is calling me back, and noone is working on the issue. Let's see if I get an automated reply again to call "customer servicie".
