I loved how passionate the esthetician was regarding my skin! She asked me what my short term and long term goals were for my skin and she was very thorough in explaining what each item was that she applied to my face! Every detail was well appreciated and the facial was well worth the price! She uses a combination of high tech equipment and effective cleansers and moisturizers that cleared up my pesky acne scars that wouldn't go away! Lastly, she constantly reminds me of the aftercare and is available to consult with you after the facial for any skin emergencies. I would come here again and again! Well worth the experience and the customer service was amazing!

I didn't know I was supposed to wait 4-5 weeks and she made me come back to back . I thought that all these back ot back treatments were meant to help me but she took advantage that I didnt know much about skin care and was in it for the money which is something I'm always willing to give when it comes to selfcare , but she used me and took advantage. Everything I've seen for brows looks great, I did not have a great experience with permanent…read moreeyeliner. Originally she told me I was a great candidate/had perfect eyelids for permanent eyeliner, but once I was committed to the service it was another story. She explained it's not an exact science, we would need to play the shape of the tattoo and the duration of the work by ear. She doesn't listen. It's frustrating. I know what I like. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.

She applied nothing to the area after threading, which I did think was odd, but I figured okay, she knows what she's doing. After a few days, my eyelids started to swell and dry out. This photo is from today and all I can do is continue to moisturize my eyelids and hope the swelling goes down. I went to her 8 days ago and am still dealing with this damage.
