This new location is very organized, but get ready to wait for a very long time. There is a priority line for seniors and those with a disability. Despite the priority line, I'm accustomed to waiting for at least one hour in order to be seen by a customer service representative. I canceled my postpaid mobile plan, because the price kept getting higher. Even though I went from postpaid to pre-paid, I was still billed for a postpaid account. Unfortunately, I could not dispute the charge with my bank, I was told that I needed to speak to Globe. What? I already canceled my postpaid plan. Why do I need to talk to Globe again? Now I understand all the 1 and 2 star reviews! I am being double billed? I was told that I would receive a final bill, instead I received a thank for my payment email. In other words, they'll continue billing me? I paid for my pre-paid service, and I also paid for a postpaid account with the same telephone number. After speaking to a Globe representative today, I was told that I will no longer be billed for a postpaid account. I guess I'll just have to wait and see next month.

Nag tayo pa kayo ng companya di naman kayo mag assist!!! Panay robot na wala naman sa options yung hinihingi kong assistance!!!!!

    Globe locations are always so busy and sometimes, I think, they just hang out here for the free…read morewifi and their seats! Almost the same set up as Apple Mac stores. You tell the attendant the reason for needing service and your name, you will be on the list. If you have a senior with a registered card, you can be on top of the list! I thought that is pretty cool but I guess, they want to service them quickly to get them out of there since they are old. People can take advantage of that as I would!! Haha You have to look for your name to be called on the service screen or go close to the back close to the back counter to be called. I see they have a Pay station for ones that need to pay their Globe bills. They sell other things like shirts and phone accessories. Service was pretty fast. What I would watch out for is what they sell. Tell them you only want certain service and not try to sell you more. I have an unlocked phone and they sell a 15 day unlimited texting and data for 500 php. That is all I need to keep me online. We also have a portable mobile pocket wifi hotspot and we used the same data plan as my phone even if no need for texting. If you want data only it's more expensive. Kinda weird but they gave in to my needs. Service was good though. I will be back to Globe when I am in this country. I like it better than the competition. ;-) [62/100]

When we first called they said they were just upgrading the system and everything would be okay. After 3 days, we called to get someone from Globe to check our service. 2 days later someone came and they told us something was wrong - BUT NOTHING WAS FIXED BY THEM. They said they would come back. They called but did not schedule to return. They are now saying we should upgrade our service. We have 100 MBPS and it is more than we need - we just need it to work. This has been a terrible ordeal and has affected our work since we are working from home during Covid. It has also affected the kids school work. Globe - You need better service, and better people. You need to respond and actually make sure concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Very incompetent and absolutely no compassion for your customers. especially in this time of Covid. I have had Glove mobile and I can say the service is just as bad. I am glad your days of being one of the few players providing this service is numbered. Globe needs competition to step up to the plate and serve Filipinos better. As it is we overpay for your mediocre/substandard service. You should, at the very least, give people what they pay for and respond to fix issues as they arise. UPDATE: After numerous efforts to get this fixed, we found the most idiotic solution to the problem. I applied for globe residencial service of only 35 MBPS which worked instantly when connected and cancelled the above 100 MBPS service they could not and would not fix. Right now we are paying less and for the last two weeks it is working. No kudos/thanks to Globe since they never fixed the original issue. Also, don't ever try using the Facebook chat of Globe, one of the worst AIs/chat bots I've ever encountered. It won't solve anything for you. This company gets multiple grades of F/fail on so many levels.
