John installed my hard wired Ring door bell and he thought of another solution instead of running all the way through my house. He put it through the inside wall of my house instead. It works perfectly and looks very professional. This is the second job I have hired Smart Technology Solutions and will always hire them when I need their expertise. John did a great job setting up a TV and sound in my garage. Very friendly and professional attitude. Highly recommend!

John is professional and honest. He took care of a wide range of projects for me. It was great to have one person do it all. He mounted a TV, installed and explained Ring, and wired and installed motion security lights. He also organized, and simplified, all the computer and phone cords in my office. It was a mess. He was referred by a friend and we are both 100% pleased with his work. He's also a very nice guy! read more

After interviewing a few companies to install security cameras in our shop we decided to go with John. He was very professional, outlined everything he was going to do for us step by step and made sure to show us how the process was moving along throughout the installation. He gave us a call in advance to see if he could swing by earlier which was a big plus for us. Very knowledgeable and he made sure to clean up after himself. We were very satisfied with the equipment he provided and how fast the job took. John also made sure to reassure us that for any problems that came up big or small to give him a call and he would swing by to help anyway possible. Fast, clean, great attitude, solid equipment and all at a great price as well. Would definitely recommend John and will definitely be using him for any future projects or installations we will need read more

Today after dealing with different several company's who were having me poor customer service and not being honest about there pricing. I was fortunate enough to have John D. At STS install and mount my TV in living room. Being the perfectionist that I am , and coming from a 30k sound system I needed a smaller job, he kindly and patiently worked with me to my complete satisfaction! It was a tricky job but he made it happen! I highly recommended him!! read more

John came to my house to troubleshoot my camera system, which was installed by another company several years ago. John was really great, and professional. He took the time to get everything figured out, spent over an hour on the phone with technicians, to get my system upgraded and working like new. Excellent work, and at a reasonable price, considering the time he spent. I will definitely work with him again for my home camera/Internet/home video needs, as well as my security system at my business. Highly recommend! read more
