I know that sounds like a basic thing you'd expect from any electrician, but this is just not the case and you can quickly tell that Jorge's knowledge is well above others. After fixing the existing issues from the previous electrician, I had Jorge upgrade my main panel to 200 amps. Another great job by Jorge, he did such a good job that the LADWP electricians that came out to connect the power to the pole said "the electrician did a great job and made our jobs easier". That's not an easy compliment to get, just speaks to Jorge's skill level. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone. Every time I called Jorge after the project was done, he answered or called me back in a reasonable amount of time, he supports his customers after the project as well.

Chris was awesome!!!…read more The outlet for our dishwasher and garbage disposal was acting up. The garbage disposal would turn on without the switch ever being flipped. The dishwasher refused to run right. My wife and I replaced the outlet, and that did exactly NOTHING. We try to troubleshoot what's happening, and I manage to blow the whole house breaker. I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. This company will give you the best and most honest price on yelp in the San Bernardino area, with great service too. As you can see in my pictures my bus bars to the main panel burnt so much that it had a hole in them. It was shutting off electricity to the whole house. It was a mandatory replacement as every time I had to turn on the breakers back on it would send sparks flying in the main panel. I send the project out to over 10 electricians on yelp. Several of them said they could not find the part because this is a 20 year old panel and requested I replaced the whole panel. One guy quoted me 10k to replace the panel and he had a lot of 5 star reviews but was the most expensive. Now the only drawback with v-electric was when I send them a quote it took them longer to respond to my yelp quote request. Others responded in 2 hours they took a day or so - maybe they had too many projects to service. Fernando responded and said he had the parts. I was like how?? No electrician could find these parts. You know what 3 electricians came and spend 3 hours with 3 people and they made the parts to my bus bars- impressive. I have attached the photos of them doing that. They also balanced the electricity to my house with one side pulling way more than the other side. Now I have a fully functioning panel. They told me most electricians will not make the parts. First it is much cheaper than replacing the whole parts second it is hard work. I saw three of them working super hard making the parts and tweaking the panel. They finish the job in 3 hours.
