I wish I could recommend this company. I tried them twice. The first time, I ordered pull down…read moreshades and linen drapes. A while after placing the order, I followed up and learn they can't deliver on the linen drapes and without consulting me just picked an alternative fabric and made the drapes. No communication to see if I approved. I gave in. It was post Covid. Supply chains and all that. I gave them a second chance. I ordered drapes elsewhere in the house and Roman shades. Lo and behold, a month later, I follow up, and she couldn't remember the colors or the fabric we had selected for the different rooms. I had to remind her what we had picked even though she had written it down. Ok. Install day finally comes, and the Roman shades I had picked were supposed to be cordless. The guy arrived and installed Roman shades with a cord. I followed up with her and she told me it wasn't possible to deliver on the cordless option so she made them corded. Then she tells me there is a new after market motorized option and she will get me the info so I can pay more for this option. So in essence I paid cordless shade pricing but got Roman shades with cords. And to get motorized option, I had to pay even more even through she did not consult with me and delivered whatever she wanted. Ok. So, I followed up regarding the aftermarket motorized option several times and never received a response. So now, a year later, I am still stuck with the corded Roman shades that are difficult to open and close because they are quite wide and large. Super nice to your face and apologetic but VERY disorganized and will make decisions that cost you money without telling you until install day. Kinda felt like she was hoping to just get away with it. I believe they are now operating under a new name called D' Moda shades FYI Her name is Melissa Zagal

We had vinyl flooring installed throughout the second floor of our home and custom vinyl stair…read moretreads done by Sawgrass Floors, and unfortunately, the quality of the work has been deeply disappointing. The flooring in my daughter's room is buckling, and the custom stair treads are cracking due to improper installation. The stairs squeak terribly, and all the mitered corners of the stairs are loose and coming apart. I have been incredibly patient, waiting for over a year for Sawgrass Floors to address and repair these issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they are no longer responding and appear unwilling to stand behind their work. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Sawgrass Floors for this project. I cannot recommend them based on the poor quality of the installation and their complete lack of accountability or customer service.

I worked for John for over a decade and after 13 years I cant take no more! Im writtting this review to warn future customers that the money he used to pay for your floors is gone! What he does is this: he will take your deposit, tell you that it will take weeks to get the product, Use that money to pay other things, hope that a new customer will come and give another deposit to pay for your product, but when that didnt happen he would hold on to my money and use that to pay for the product, and when it was time to repay me, he would cut part of it and push to "next payment"! By doing that the snowball rolled to more than $30k and now that he doesnt have that "bank" along him, be careful! I thought he was an honest man, even going against what a lot o people say about him, but after what he did last time (holding $17k from a job done at the JCC Pembroke Pines.)saying he will have to repay for a job done in August that a glue failure resulted in replacement of 1200 feet, which he tried really hard to blame me (when we both know he changed the glue we being using for more than 7 years to a glue $20 / a bucket cheaper to "try it out"). I even knowing it was not my fault said...its ok, ill replace the floor, but pay me for what you own me from last job, well he didnt! It was just an excuse to hold my money which he spent it already! So again....be careful, im not there to help pay for your material anymore!

We put in a new laminate floor throughout our house and the installers did a great job with the quality of the install, but one of the lighter shade boards looked a little out of place given it was right under the front of the fridge. Clay made sure the installers came back to replace it to ensure the full project was done perfectly. Really happy with the end product and the price point was solid especially given the quality of the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
