I primarily worked with Tim Richard, the Sale & Design Consultant, to develop a concept to remodel my 1990s era kitchen. I was impressed with his knowledge and no pressure approach. He helped me craft a more contemporary look that made better use of the space in kitchen. The employees who installed the kitchen did a fantastic job -- they have been with the company for years and are very skilled. I also had the pleasure of meeting the company's owner, "The Wolf" himself , who ensured I was happy with the final product. Almost two years later, my kitchen continues to operate well and look great! I know I made the right decision to use Wolf in the Woods rather than purchase prefabricated cabinets.

We got rid of a less than perfect pantry, moved the refrigerator from a left hand position to to center position and shifted the microwave and stove to centered position on the existing wall. Minor layout changes that greatly improved the kitchen appearance and flow. The cabinet choices with pull out shelving options were perfect. We have the optimum pantry with twice the capacity and easy access. Overall the kitchen, not counting the pantry has 25% more storage capacity with modern shaker style cabinets and redesigned island. We did have a couple workmanship defects that were promptly repaired.

This guy or company left us hanging in that he really did not finish the job. Did I tell you I paid him half and ended up paying him more before the job was finished (I know:), don't say it. I want to post the name of this company so bad, but I won't because I refuse to give him or his company any publicity. Angie and Victor came through for us like storm troopers. They matched and replaced cabinet and drawer doors just as promised, and they did it in a timely manner. Truth of the matter is we lost faith in businesses and really did not know what we were going to do. ABV did more than just a great job, they reminded us that there are still a few good and honest people left who will do just what they say they're going to do. Warranty follow up was blamed on the cabinet maker and not covered by their warranty. But all of the items covered by "their" warranty was not covered or completed to the best of their of ability. It was dark, there was little counter space, and the appliances were old. We had minimal storage which was not functional. I looked up designers on the internet and was impressed with the comments from her customer reviews. She was one of 4 kitchen designers I reached out to and the first to respond. Two others ignored my request, and the 4th wouldn't come out to assess my needs if I wasn't willing to commit to a project date and budget. She was gracious, kind, responsive, professional, and most of all creative in her approach to solving our problems. She actually listened to me and wanted to know what we were looking for. She met with us a few days after our first conversation and assessed our kitchen. The one aspect we did like in our kitchen was our cabinets. They were extremely high-end, very beautiful but just not enough of them. Because we wanted a ton more storage and counter space, I expected her to do to a total gut of the kitchen and replace all cabinets. Instead, Virginia took one look at our cabinetry and said these must stay - they are spectacular! She looked at our current kitchen layout and noted that because the entire floor area had high-end marble, gutting the kitchen and coming up with a different layout would mean finding matching marble for the floors and also would be quite expensive. Instead, she came up with a remarkable design that allowed me to keep my beautiful cabinets and gained me an insane amount of new storage and counter space by building out the cabinetry into a large peninsula island with counter seating, expanding the current footprint over the marble floor and adding a beverage area with a wine fridge to the backside of our kitchen. She had cabinetry custom-made to match all my current cabinetry. The stain and everything matched to a T!!!! Anyone coming in after the renovation could not tell which cabinets were the existing cabinets and which were new. So amazing and it saved us a ton of money. Virginia helped me every step of the way, guiding me through selections of new appliances, lighting, countertops, etc. She took me to several granite/quartz warehouses to find the perfect countertops. The contractors she used for the renovation were fabulous. They all did great work, were courteous and conscientious. Throughout the process Virginia kept me informed and we never went outside of our budget. What she quoted for the work was spot on. The best part of the whole experience was working with Virginia. She was more than a creative designer; she became a friend. I am so thankful we selected Creative Kitchens of South Florida to renovate our kitchen.
