On 2/21/25 I visited this store and asked to see a salesperson who could help me choose tiles for my patio floor, as I had 0 knowledge. I left the store with my order which included "top of the line" thinset. I also took advantage of the 10% discount by opening their charge account. The tile installer came to the house for her estimate, found I was short 11 boxes of tiles, PLUS what had been sold to me were pavers, which are used on top of the ground. I also paid much more than what I needed. I called the salesman who accused me of requesting thick tiles (= pavers). I went back to the store to speak with the manager, who accused me of not being clear with the salesperson. However, the exchange would be made, and the store would split the $250 drop off/delivery cost so I "could leave happy." (REALLY?). The missing pavers were found in the warehouse, no apology, I was not given the 10% discount ("the computers can't recognize 2 transactions), and I left 3 hours later highly aggravated with the ordeal. 1st scheduled delivery date: No call/No show ("Somehow you didn't get on the schedule"). 2nd scheduled delivery date: New order dropped off but the first not picked up ("I don't have instructions to pick up"). 3rd delivery date: The driver called to request a photo of the pavers to be picked up, I did, and he was a No Show. I called the store and was told that the driver had arrived, saw that the pavers were not on a palette, and left. WTF? 4th scheduled date: Halleluiah day. Original order picked up. I was told that I would receive a credit for this purchase in 7-10 days. As of 4/9/25 I have not received it, and being charged, and have opened a claim to dispute the charges. Moral of the story: ONLY buy at Floor and Decor if you are experienced and know exactly what you need. If you are a novice like I was, you shop at your own risk. read more

We were getting our pool skimmer replaced so they had to cut out the patio tile around the skimmer. Our guy suggested going to Floor & Decor to find the replacement tiles. Went in blind since we didn't know where these rules were originally purchased. Took a few broken sample pieces with me to try to find something close enough. This is my first time at Floor & Decor. When you walk in, it's overwhelming. But also inspiring like I want to redo my floors and backsplash. Haha. I found the stone department and checked out the travertine section. They didn't have much so I was limited on finding something that matches my tile. Found the Antique and Mediterranean travertine options which were close. They offer different sizes like 8x8, 16x8, 16x24 and 18x18. I needed 18x9. I ended up getting the 16x24 and our guy would have to cut the tile to size down to 18x9. Sucks but it's the only way. Works out because we didn't need the chiseled edge but rather a straight edge. Floor & Decor does not offer the service to cut the tile to size, just in case anyone is wondering, I asked. Rodrigo helped me with finding tile that was similar to mine. He was returning tile in the same aisle and noticed I had tiling all laid out to match my tile and asked if he could assist. FYI, the 16x24 tiles are HEAVY!!! And I was doing this for maybe 30 min if not more: Rodrigo was kind, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. He went out of his way and was a huge help. Thanks Rodrigo. I walked around the store and took photos of flooring and backsplash I liked so I could potentially lure my husband into the idea of renovating our floors or backsplash. Ha. We are in the process of looking for materials to remodel our master bathroom and decided to visit Floor & Decor in Pembroke Pines, FL. Although I've driven past this store a million times, I never had the need to visit until now. It's much bigger than I expected with a good variety of materials. After looking around the entire store for a few hours, I think we have decided on the materials for our bathroom shower tiles, bathroom floor and possibly even the floor on the first floor of our house. With the housing market the way it is in Florida, especially South Florida, it seems everyone is opting to update their current homes instead of looking for a new home. Although most materials and labor to upgrade your current home has increased, it's still cheaper to upgrade what you currently have over buying a home right now. I was satisfied with the selection of materials and will most likely be purchasing the attached items I posted here on Yelp. I would highly recommend checking the spot out. read more

It is what it is. A warehouse full of all kinds of things needed for your home. Whether it's a kitchen backsplash, a bathroom; you name it- they got it. My biggest gripe is service. I've never had a good experience so in an effort to avoid the hassles... we decided to go to the store, narrow down our backsplash selection and later place our order online for customer pick-up; which in theory is great. The only issue was we still found ourselves going inside a week later to return our three samples. We walked in Saturday morning and immediately noticed a loooong line. We made our way to a line that said RETURNS only which is all we needed since our customer pick-up order is a drive-up around the back. We stood there for no more than 30 seconds before a "super" customer said "Excuuuuse me; the line is back there and you're skipping." Sure enough...one line and only two registers. We walked out. Got in the car, drove around the back and picked up our online order which in my opinion was a better process. The downside; we still have samples to return. read more

If you need tile for the job this is the place . As you enter you see beautiful bathroom and kitchen displays. I went in to check out the prices as I'm interested in redoing one bathroom . The prices were as cheap as 69 cent per tile to expensive so it depends on your wallet and style . I tried looking for help but did not see or was even approached by anyone to see if I needed any help . Perhaps this is why the tile is cheap ,you can't get anyone to help you out . I bought some really nice tile for my shower remodel today. I was really impressed with the fair pricing at the store and the humongous selection. If this store doesn't have it, then neither does anybody else. I got some good advice from a person who works there who was an tile installer for 38 years. He guided me to find the right style tile and grout for my shower. He listened and paid attention to what I needed. Before speaking with him, there were a couple of associates who gave me very short answers and we're not interested in helping me. I feel like that is a big turn-off for a lot of customers because most of us don't know much about tile and what we need. Anyway, this store recommends a company that comes out to your house to give a free estimate. I feel like that is a big benefit because a lot of tile stores don't want to recommend anybody. I have always taken pleasure in fixing up my home but after this experience at floor and decor I will never be returning to your store. I recently visited your store and I was the biggest regret of my shopping journey. I went with my mother and meet with a gentleman named Reese. Firstly he was rude he rushed me and did not seem to be very interested in my purchase. On top of that he looked and smelled like marijuana I've been around long enough to know what that smells like. He doesn't appear to enjoy his job very much which made my time spent there pretty gloom. If these are your standard for work I feel sorry for who ever is in charge of your store. We are in the process of a master bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how helpful Stephanie from the designer department has been. Stephanie has been there to answer every question that comes up, and there are questions that come up. I will definitely go back to Floor and Decor for our remodeling needs and ask for Stephanie. Floor & Decor is a massive warehouse type of store with all types of flooring: Tile, laminate, wood, marble, travertine. Think Costco with flooring. Despite its size, however, Floor and Decor is customer service oriented. There is always a staff member available to help you with expert advice. We had a very positive experience with Floor & Decor. We came here after the first flooring that we bought for our bedrooms (tile) in our new home did not work out. We then decided to put the same travertine in the rest of the house in the bedrooms. We bought the travertine at Floor & Decor. When the travertine was delivered, many of the tiles were damaged. We were able to used some of the pieces repairs our common rooms but we decided that there was not enough good travertine tiles for the bedroom and it would not really work anyway. . Enter flooring plan number three! First we had to arrange for the return of the travertine. Floor & Decor made the return easy. We returned the travertine we were not using and got a credit immediately, without a restocking fee. We then picked out our new flooring, a high quality wood laminate. It was put down immediately by our own installer. We absolutely love it! It is comfortable to walk on and looks great! If you are looking for the most upscale brand and types of flooring, then Floor & Decor might not be for you. However, there is so much variety, that most people should be able to find some type of flooring to meet their needs. read more

We purchased 4 containers of the Mapei Flexcolor CQ grout from the Floor & Decor Pembroke Pines location. Upon application to the grout in our home we ran into a huge problem with it, it was extremely difficult to spread & to remove from the top of the tile. The instructions state that you have to wait five minutes before wiping with the sponge but after following the instructions we quickly realized that wasn't going to work. We tried waiting less & less time between laying the grout down & wiping it but that didn't work either. We decided to head over to Home Depot to purchase a different grout & that one worked really well. Today, 7/1, at around 2:00 pm we went to Floor & Decor to return the 4 containers of the Mapei grout & we were taken care of at one of the registers-- after explaining to the sales associate what happened she called over a bald, African American man who claimed to be the manager on duty. We then explained to this man what happened & he proceeded to tell us that this grout was for "pros" & not anyone who's DIYing. We advised him that we were doing this with a professional & even the professional could not use this grout, to which he replied "that guy doesn't know what he's doing" & I let him know that the person he was insulting was my father, who has been doing this professionally for a very long time, & he then walked away from us. I feel extremely disrespected, insulted, & can't believe that this was the customer service offered at this store. We will never go back to the Pembroke Pines location or any other one for that matter. Next time we will simply go to Home Depot, who's customer service & integrity has never failed us. read more

This is the second and final ONLINE order that I've placed from this company!!! The first order a few months ago they somehow managed to double bill for the same order. After some back and forth they saw the error and refunded one of them. The most recent incident was a order placed on June 10th with an ETA of 10-15 days. After waiting patiently approx 2 weeks after the ETA and not hearing from anyone I ended up calling the corporate mainline at that point they were apologetic and said that material was coming in and it would take another week. Now mid July they coordinated a delivery date which they never complied with. According to delivery service driver material wasn't found and order wasn't ready. I truly think someone in hierarchy for this company should step up to the plate, put there foot down and see how lousy it's performing. read more

Placed an online order on May 17th for items that were completely in-stock. Come June 1st, I check the status of my order online and it was "being prepped" at the Pembroke Pines location. When I call, they say that they have the items in-stock, however it is "stuck in their POS (Point of Sale) system." They say they do not know what or why this is and that I need to contact corporate. Corporate says that they're available online via chat or email, however the chat function has "no chat agents available." Currently I've been on the phone trying to get in touch with corporate for 28 minutes on hold. In short - do NOT order products online. It has now been over 2 weeks since I placed my $2,000 order and my contractor cannot start the work when it was scheduled to be done, so I am being charged on both ends. If you are on any sort of timeline, I would suggest ONLY purchasing IF you can pick it up while you're in store or your order is at risk of getting stuck in the cogs of this non-oiled machine. read more

I spent over a thousand dollars on flooring for my master bedroom. Less than 6 months after the floorboards were laid, they started lifting 1/4 inch off the floor. I tried a dozen times to contact (Via email and phone) to contact both the store (their toll free number as well as the store in Pembroke Pines) and no one returned my call. I also left numerous voice messages to the manufacturer (Nucore Performance Waterproof Rigid Core Flooring) and NO ONE RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS OR VOICE MESSAGES. Julie the interior designer took her time to show us around the different tiles and also helped us select the thin-set, mortar mix, grout. She also called the location at Doral to have the tiles delivered to our house since they didn't have the quantity we were looking for at the Pembroke Pines. This is the superstore of floors! They have tons of choices in tile, wood, laminate and stone. They have laminate starting at .59 and tile ad low as 1.09. What amazes me is the unique selection of flooring that you don't see everywhere else. Floor and Decor is open to the public even though I mostly saw contractors shopping there. I will be back as my 12x12 tile has got to go. It's off of Pines just east of 75. Even if you don't need anything right now, you have got to ser this place. read more

Let me start by saying that if Yelp the option of leaving - 5 star you Floor and Decor would definitely take the cake. I came to the store on 2-29-16 and we ended up making a decent sized purchase for next day pick up. Fast forward to 3-3-16 I arrived at the store at 5:20 pm to pick up my order and guess what, it hasn't been put together yet. Is 6:33pm, I've been waiting for over an hour, I finally spoke with a gentleman by the name of David which was very helpful and friendly, he offered me the service of having my items delivered free of charge to my home since they were running behind in the warehouse.
