So easy to park. They pick you up at your car it's like door to door service. Better than parking at the airport.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with your company. After we called for pickup yesterday it took over an hour and 3 phone calls to get picked up. I have never had a problem with your company like this, I am very disappointed in how your company is running. We are forced to make reservations so you know you in arriving when and how many people. There is no excuse for not having enough staff. Then one of you drivers finally pulled up and instead of taking people off the list that called first he started calling for small groups of people. And when I asked him why he was very rude and dismissive. You are no longer the cheapest options and after 20 years we will no longer be using your services. My car was damaged whilst being parked at their facility and rather than supporting a long term (5+ year) customer they pulled the "see our small print" clause. They have lost a customer for life, and I will now have to inform all my friends and work associates to park elsewhere. read more

FANTASTIC! First time using Smart Park and was super impressed. Why? 1. Easy to ensure a spot by making an online reservation. 2. When you arrive you just follow their shuttle bus to an empty parking space. Brilliant as the shuttle is right at your car for pickup. 3. Airport pickup was EASY. Called and told dispatch my name and terminal and the shuttle was there in a few minutes. Then dropped me off right at my car and driver took my bag right from the shuttle into my car. 4. THE PEOPLE!! Shuttle drivers, dispatch, cashiers were all SUPER friendly and helpful! Highly recommend and look forward to using Smart Park as my go-to PHL parking place in the future! p.s. I left on a trip before coronavirus pandemic became so prevalent and found myself stranded across the country and possibly having to delay my flight home. Smart Park corporate was very responsive and compassionate. Additionally, the shuttle drivers and lot attendants were all very pleasant and made my trip that much easier. Upon arrival at the lot, a shuttle driver met me at my car and placed my luggage in the shuttle. I immediately got in the shuttle and we left for the airport. No waiting around or delay at all! When I got dropped off, the driver even helped bring my suitcase inside the airport to my check in which I really appreciated because it was my first time at PHL and I was checking in with a service animal so needed the extra help. I didn't even have to ask! He also gave me a card and very clear instructions on what to do upon arrival for a pick up. He pointed out exactly where I should wait and what I needed to do (just pick up my luggage and call). Upon arrival, I was worried about a long wait or having to lug my suitcase and dog a distance from my terminal, but the pick up area was actually right outside of baggage claim and the driver arrived within minutes! The driver helped with my luggage and dropped me off right at my car. It's little things like this that makes traveling and shuttle service that much less stressful! A good attitude goes a long way, especially in the current climate and every interaction I had with Smart Park employees was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Smart Park to anyone needing a parking service near PHL! It was an extremely convenient and pleasant experience for me, even after a 12 hour day, multiple flights, and a dog along for the ride. read more

Great experience! Paid online for our set dates. Easy to find the parking lot. Once we pulled into park our car and gather our luggage, the shuttle car came right up to our parking spot. No waiting around at all. Driver was helpful and very friendly! The pick up was smooth as well, just called and met at Zone 3. Very friendly and car felt secured and safe. They came highly recommended by a family member and co-worker. Price is very reasonable. The location easy to get to and find. Employees are professional, yet very down to earth, and genuinely nice. Transport vans are very nice and clean. 3-5 min ride to and from airport. They drop and pickup at your individual Terminal. I had very early AM flights over the Christmas Holiday. Transport was there there when I pulled in and parked, and they picked me up within five minutes after calling, when my flight got in 10 days later. Car was as I left it when I returned. Excellent service, quick pickup, reasonable rates. Uncovered parking lot. Parked our vehicle here for 8 days. No issues. Located about 5 minutes from the Philly airport. Minimal traffic on the route; pretty smooth ride. The lot does tend to fill up, so I would recommend reserving your spot ahead of time. This is very quick and easy to do online (credit card required for deposit). Good experience. read more

The staff here went above and beyond to help us out while waiting quite some time for a tow truck; they offered to run us to get food, shared bug spray, etc. We couldn't have asked for nicer service! read more

We always use Smart Park whenever flying out of Philly. They are easy to get to, reliable, and friendly. We are never left waiting long when we get shuttles to the airport from Smart Park or to Smart Park from the airport. The drivers are safe. This is a classic case of what used to be a good service having gone to crap. They now continually send customers to remote lots to park, have too few drivers, and generally poor service. Plenty of other options, so stay away. read more

I have used Smart Park on a number of occasions. Apparently I never needed them at peak time. I was travelling with three other golfers with travel golf club bags. We called for the shuttle, gave our name and number of people. Th first shuttle arrived and announced that they were picking up two parties by name. The next shuttle came with no such an announcement. It was a mad rush to the back of the van. The driver loaded most of our bags in the van, but apparently decided there was not enough room. He unloaded our bags and took other parties. I can understand first come first served based on the calls to the office. This did not happen. read more

As a member of another parking lot I didn't find much incentive to try another lot however due to COVID and other factors my lot became significantly more expensive. Smart Park came in clutch. Having been burnt badly with another lot I tried I was quite hesitant to try another, thankfully I found these guys. Fantastic service, responsive and courteous. Definitely recommended. read more

This was our first time flying out of Philadelphia airport. We are from Northern New Jersey and usually take one of the Jersey airports. I looked over Yelp before making my decision on where to park. Price was as an issue in my decision-making process but customer service was paramount. I also didn't want any hidden fees either. Look at all the reviews on here recently: five stars! Dropping off our car was very easy. The staff were very helpful in loading in unloading on the shuttle van. O was traveling with my two kids. We weren't crammed into the shuttle like other shuttles I have used from other companies. When I called them from the airport upon our return, the driver arrived in less than two minutes. Holy crap! The only issue was our checked bag did not come out yet and they told us that we really needed to wait until we had all of our luggage. That makes sense, as soon as I had the luggage in my hand I called and another van was there in about a minute. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. Again, we had two other passengers with us but it was very comfortable and not crammed in. The receptionist when we checked out of the lot was also friendly and the payment process was smooth. No hidden fees. I know others have stated that this parking location is not as close to the airport as others, it is about a seven minute drive. It didn't really make a difference for us at all. I would DEFINITIVELY consider them again if I flew out of the Philadelphia airport & had to park my car. read more

Smart Park has been my place to park my car for the past several years. The lots are close to the airport and are close or better in cost to others. The drivers and dispatchers are very polite and the vans get us to and from the airport quickly. This last time I used SP I was parked in the lot and arrived at the airport in 24 minutes. When it came time to pick us up... I called as we approached the baggage claim and the van picked us up 4 minutes after we arrived at the loading zone. Another 25 minutes and we were starting the car. Last year during covid when all of the airport lots were closed, we did have an issue with the pick up due to an overwhelming number of outside lots being used instead of the airport parking. When this issue was brought up to management it was immediately addressed to my satisfaction and we made sure to return this year. There is something about having confidence in where you parked your car, that you can get to and from the airport, and get home safely that really makes the trip a success. Give Smart Park a try.... and when the dispatcher tells all the passengers over the radio to have a "safe flight and come back now" you know you can relax and enjoy your vacation! read more

First time using Smartpark this last week, and it won't be the last. They meet you at your parking spot and drive you straight to the terminal. The vans are clean and drivers are friendly. When I got back, I called the number provided at check in and a van was there within minutes. The driver (younger white guy, beard, tattoos) was the best. He got us back fast, navigated the traffic like a pro, and was funny. Like I said, I'll definitely use Smart Park again. read more

I have been a customer for over 15 years, traveling almost 30 weeks a year and spending an avg of $65 a week with them. over the last year pick up time has progressively got worse. Fifteen minutes turned to 20, then 30. tonight,I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to be picked up from my terminal, I called at 25, and 45 and was assured they would be right there. I literally could have flown to Nashville in the time it took them to get me the 2 miles to my car. While the driver claimed traffic, he was right, that didn't seem to affect any other parking services. I counted 9 wallypark vans during my wait. Being unprepared and blaming event traffic and Labor Day is ridiculous , those are things that you plan for,, add staff. The employees have always been polite, kind, and enjoyable, this does not fall on them. Sadly I will be moving on to someone that respects my time and values the insane amount of money I've spend on parking a year. which according to my expense report is @3k a year. read more

I park here about thirty weeks a year for the last five years of business travel. Everyone has always been friendly. I have never had any hassles. Drivers are nicer than the airport shuttle drivers were, when airport had its own lots. (Imagine that. They are not unionized like PHL. ) I have only had to park in their overflow lot at express park, once in five years. Shuttle takes about seven minutes to get you to the airport as I recall. As they advertise: brightly lit, fenced in parking lots. Quick and efficient staff on the phone when it's time to pick you up-- no stupid auto attendant-- live English-speaking person immediately, every time. Drop off: easy as pie, just drove right in while I asked the booth lady all my questions. Was guided into the spot by 5 other attendants. The shuttle to the airport swung right by to pick me up, I wasn't even out of my car yet. Driver grabbed my luggage, and we were on the way to the airport. All of that happened in less than two minutes. Drive to airport: two-three minutes max Pick up from airport: called for pick up, lady was very sweet on the phone, once I did the turquoise colored shuttle came by in about 5 minutes of less, half filled with other guests, and took me to my car. Which is where I left it. Used a coupon; you must print out online, $6.75 per day plus surcharges. Overall excellent service, prompt timing, and good price!!! Recommend to anyone daring to park somewhere new for a change and save $$$$$$$$$$$$ read more

We've used Smart Park at the Philly Airport on several occasions. It is a good operation. Discount parking coupons can be found online;this past week's visit cost us $6.95per night for 7 nights, which cost us $56 total. Real easy...take a ticket...load luggage into van...lock car...go to airport. On arrival, call the #on your ticket, and a van will be there in 10 minutes.Unload to car, and pay on the way out. You hold your keys for the week. Lot is safe,as far as I can tell. It is well lit and is frequently circulated by the shuttle vans. Van drivers load and unload, are efficient, and friendly. Just give yourself a little more time on arrival; they like to load the shuttle vans before heading to the airport. They also offer a detailing service, but I can't say I've needed that for our minivan. This is a good business, and we will probably stick with them unless a cheaper alternative presents itself! read more

Completely disorganized. They have dinky vans (with comfortable seats) but you're out of luck if you're at an end PHL terminal. They were full twice when they got to us. It was always "another one is coming." It took 10 minutes to get 5 cars out of the lot. They have QR codes but don't know how to scan them so people have to find a number and read it off. Too much competition to bother with them again. Time to try someone else. read more

I was a bit worried when I saw how far this parking lot was from the airport terminal, but it ended up being a great experience. The shuttle system here is so good that you'll end up getting to your car just as fast (or even faster) than any other option (even parking at the airport). The shuttle driver followed us to our parking space, and we were at the terminal in just a few minutes (and got help with our luggage). Our trip back to the car was nearly as quick - we called after getting our luggage and they shuttle arrived within 10 minutes. This lot is popular - so making a reservation online is highly recommended (otherwise you should call first to make sure they have space left). You'll lock in a discounted rate and guarantee they'll be a spot waiting for you (the lot was full to non-reservation customers on the day we arrived). read more

Great experience, drivers were friendly. My flight landed late at 1am and the shuttle was timely and very warm inside! It had snowed while I was away and the lot was cleaned the best they could. This was my first time parking here and loved the experience. It's a big parking lot (actually 2, across from each other), very close to the airport. Their shuttles run continuously. After parking the shuttle was right there. They helped with the luggage, was a small van, but neat. Driver was polite, filled up parking card and gave to me with the location of parking spot. On my return, I called them after picking up my bag. The associate who picked up took my name and asked me to go to the shuttle pick up stop. The first shuttle which came was full, but the driver said there were more on the way. True to his word, another shuttle came by shortly. After pick up driver called the home base and said he had picked me (by name) up. Impressive service! read more
