Friendly staff and easy to book reservation. The shuttle is fast. I found this place when I rented a car and had to rerun it after hours- this was the place to drop it off. I will never forget the evening driver was so kind and nice to me. So I booked because of him. I was glad to see he was still there when I went back. The other driver there was great. They give you a card w the row and area you parked and their phone. It's so easy. They pick you up and drop you off right by your car. Scumbags. On 11/09 these jerks were trying to charge me $227 instead of $141(the price I received in the booking email) for the same number of days that my car was parked. When I asked a parking attendant what was behind such an increase in cost-she mumbled that the original price was just an estimate. I refused to pay, so she said she applied some sort of a discount to lower the price to $168. When I requested the business license# to launch a complaint-none was provided. I have used Jet Stream for a few years and it was always reasonable. Until today. I have always gotten a reservation out of habit and this trip I decided I did not need too. Big mistake. I scan my ticket and the bill pulls up. $114.08 for 3.5 days. They jacked up the price by 80% compared to their online rate ($73.18 total for the same time period). And it wasn't just the daily rate, but all their shady surcharges. I confronted the gate attendant about this and asked why my rates were so much more? I explained that they don't post their non reservation rates anywhere on premise and it's misleading to charge that much of a higher rate. Rather than work with me, she berated me for not having a reservation, scoffed at me wanting a copy of my receipt, and said "Thank God you'll never be back" as I drove off... Worst airport parking experience ever and they definitely will never get my business ever again! read more

Getting into and out of the lot was very easy, I recommend reserving your spot ahead of time. Makes the process go more smoothly since you just scan the QR code on your phone. Had our first trip with Jet Stream and all went well. We were picked up with 2 minutes at our car and then after picking up another son - we headed to PHL. It only took 6 minutes to get to the first terminal so even if there were lots of people on board it shouldn't take too long to get from the Jet Stream lot to your specific terminal. We were given a card with our car location which will make it easy on the return trip. The jet Stream vehicle was comfy and the driver was polite and professional. read more

Great interaction from start to finish. It was easy to book online, and upon arriving, easy to get in contact with the driver. We didn't wait 5 minutes to get our bags loaded up and headed to the airport. The way back was just as easy; we called from baggage claim and were picked up outside the terminal about 10 minutes later, and dropped off at our car. Driver was super friendly, and although the lot is a little farther back than others, it was a short drive to the airport. They were also the least expensive option, but didn't come across as cheap or substandard. I would 100% use them again for my next rip. read more

This has been my PHL parking choice for the last several years and I travel fly at least 12 times a year. It has very competitive rates and quite often has digital discounts on their website. The lot is well maintained and each spot is identified by a space number and row letter (you should receive a reminder card when you board). The service is decent and though most drivers are friendly, some are more lively to help you with your bags than others (I've never had the same driver twice). The attendant (whom I've seen several times) is friendly and will help you with their scanner which seems to be sometimes finicky (not sure if it's manned late at night). Print your online reservation and scan to enter. When you leave, scan again and tap your credit card to pay upon exit. Only once in the many times I've parked there, did I have to wait for the freight train crossing nearby. read more

Used Jet Strean for the first time. I booked my reservation online. The address on Google is for another parking company about a half mile away from Jet Stream. I was able to park my car and a van took me to the airport in less than 8 minutes. I was given a card with my parking spot and a phone number to call once I was dropped off. When I returned to get picked up, it took about 5 minutes. There was no attendant when I returned so I scanned the bar code for my reservation and I was able to leave without any issues. Had been many years since we flew out of Philadelphia, and intended to use Pacifico Airport Valet for a trip in February 2024, only to learn - after much back & forth on the Web - that it appears they (Pacifico) are out of business. Strange, because though their Facebook page is active, it hasn't had a new posting since 2019!! So we took a gamble and decided to try Jet Stream Parking. TBH, we found their lot difficult to find the first time, especially in the pre-dawn hours. But once we found them, it was all good. Very courteous driver, had us to our terminal in less than 10 minutes. On the return-trip, no real issues. We called from the baggage claim area and were picked-up a few minutes later. Once back at the car, I wasn't sure how to leave - I didn't see a cashier - but then I realized that you need to scan the QR code from your reservation to leave. Maybe this step can be done through a smartphone, but I used a printout of my reservation instead. So, though it was a little awkward the first time, it all worked out. We'll use them again next time we fly from Philadelphia. read more

I'm not sure I would park here again. When I first arrived, there was not an attendant to guide me where I should park. I ended up parking but the shuttle did not follow me. I had to carry my luggage to the front of the lot and wake up the shuttle driver to take me to the airport. Upon my return, I called to get picked up. I spotted a driver and he picked me up, but told me I needed to call to let them know he picked me up. Very strange. When we arrived back at the lot, the driver kept arguing with me on where my car was located. We were driving right next to it and I kept flashing the lights on my car and telling him to please stop as my car was right there. The other couple in the car with him had to also keep asking him to stop the vehicle because their car was right next to mine as well. It was a very odd experience to say the least. But I guess that's what you get for the price you pay. It was about $100 cheaper than "the parking spot" facility. read more

Very impressive customer service overall. I went there for the first time and couldn't get my third party coupon to work in the kiosk. Customer service at Jetstream Parking handled my issue with a friendly call, returned phone calls almost immediately, and refunded my overpayment without complaint or question right away. Overall welcoming and helpful both on the phone and in the lot. As a first time but experienced traveler, my impression right away was that the lot was clean and brightly lit, the shuttle came right away, and you could park where you wanted to park. Each spot was numbered and the drivers were safe and responsive. The prices were great and the distance to the airport not bad at all. Overall, I was very impressed and would be glad to return. read more

Easy parking and shuttle to the airport. After you park, the shuttle picks you up at your parking space and the driver gives you a business card with your space number and the phone number to call when you return. We had one snag upon return. We called and gave them our terminal information. It took 30 minutes for the shuttle to come and since we were the first ones to be picked up, the shuttle stopped at every other terminal. The problem with that was, the van was filled after the second stop. Instead of calling a backup van immediately, the driver went to every terminal and told the waiting customers that his van was full. The driver was not a pleasant man and definitely fell into the category of curmudgeon. It was one hour from the time we called for the van until arrival at our parking space. Getting out of the lot is easy. There are no attendants. When you make your reservations they send you a confirmation with a barcode. Simply scan the bar code upon arrival and departure from the lot followed by a credit card and you're on your way. We would use them again mostly because the price was very reasonable for 8 days. read more

Used Jet Stream for the first time last week when needing to park my car before flying. I will admit Jet stream was about my last choice for parking companies because other reviews aren't great. But I waited til the last minute to make a parking res and literally every other company was booked up. I was nervous and didn't have high hopes but my experience turned out fine. The pros: -Significantly cheaper than other lots -Shuttle to and from airport was pretty timely. Didn't have to wait too long to get picked up at airport. -Parking lot is fairly easy to navigate The cons: -The address listed in the confirmation email FROM Jet Stream is wrong.....it takes you to another company's lot. When we realized this I called Jet Stream to ask where they were actually located and explained that the address they provide is wrong and the guy on the phone seemed very unfazed and didn't care. We ended up finding it on our own, a good while down the road from the address the list. -A bit further from the airport than other lots but not terrible. Maybe an 8 minute ride between lot and airport. -No covered parking which could be a problem in the snow. All in all my experience was fine and I'll probably park with them again. read more

Excellent experience. Was pouring rain and our driver came right behind our car and put our bags in the shuttle. He had annissue w a woman that kept calling him amd she was literally 10ft away asking where the shuttle was. He kept his cool and told her another driver was right next to him and he didn't want to hold up the passengers any longer so we left. Reminded everyone to take a picture of their cards. It's unfortunately rare to be impressed by anything in the travel world these days, but my first experience with Jet Stream this week went perfectly. I arrived at the beginning of the weekday morning rush, was greeted and instructed by signs which parking area to follow. Van was there within seconds and we were off to the airport. On arrival, thanks to a very delayed flight I arrived close to 2am. Called the number for pickup and the shuttle arrived within 2-3 minutes. Everybody I interacted with was helpful and friendly...and the price is very reasonable. I'll absolutely be back the next time I fly from PHL. read more

We have parked here for three trips and had very good experiences all three times. The lot is clean and maintained. The shuttle drivers give you a card when your dropped off at the airport and all you have to do when you return is call the number on the card for them to pick you up, it give the card back to your shuttle driver when you return and they take you right to your spot. Shuttle Drivers have always been friendly and helpful, no complaints. This, in my opinion, is the best parking at PHL by far and we have tried them all. read more

First time I used Jet Stream, everything was fine. Second time, I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup. At the 20 minute mark, I watched their van drive right past me. I also watched other garages' vans drive by multiple times. I ordered the parking via a Groupon discount. You get what you pay for, I suppose. It was very disappointing because even though the lot is a little further out, (only a few minutes) it feels safe and secure. And it's clean. The drive to the airport was better. I had overslept and the driver knew I was nervous about getting to my plane on time. So he called the office and told them he couldn't wait for other passengers, that he had to get me there right away. That was kind and courteous. In all honesty I will probably try Jet Stream again. But right now, given I landed nearly an hour ago and I'm just getting into my car now, (no checked bags!) I'm pretty pissed. I take it back: I will never use this company again. Ten minutes later I am sitting in my car and I can't get out because they have one exit lane blocked. The other lane... I have no idea what's going on here. We are just sitting here. I will say however that everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and nice. I just think they need a better process. read more

Used jet stream many times. Always liked them never had an issue. Today was a different story. The driver was fantastic they always are but the guy at the booth was a complete ass. We had our Parking QR code. Priced for 50 and change. Scan it and magically every price is different and doesn't match. Typical bait and switch. When I called the guy over he was rude and said it was fees which it wasn't the prices didn't even come close to matching. He said ok and walked away. Terrible service, which is unfortunate because the drivers are always great. Jet stream needs to get rid of that guy and hopefully not continue bait and Switch tactics until then park elsewhere. read more

The service was reliable and efficient. The shuttle picked my family and I up from where we parked and took us straight to our terminal. When we returned, I called the number on the card I was given, a shuttle picked us up within 15 minutes and took us right back to my car. Payment is required at the exit via credit card. This will be my new PHL airport parking spot. I've been using the place next to them for about 10 years. I switched because this new place beat the price. I used the spothero app & was able to use a coupon code. Plus I really like the self check in & out using the scanner at the gate. The service was a little too good. When I parked, before I could turn off the engine, the shuttle driver had pulled behind me & hopped out standing there waiting for me. I felt rushed & ended up leaving something behind in my car. I can not say enough good things about this lot . We are frequent flyers and we have never arrives where there was not a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport . They are so efficient ! We had a few mishaps happen in the past year . (1) Flat tire - They helped us change it (2) Dead battery another time - Gave us a jump start (3) Another time .... I left my purse on the plane - The AMAZING and sweet Carl got me right back to the airport to get it . I always feel safe and welcome and we wouldn't park anywhere else . The drivers are always helpful and nice . Since we've had such a great track record with them whenever I'm traveling alone my husband always feel better about my safety when I park there ! Have been using Jet Stream exclusively since they opened due to their location, easy in/out, cost, and friendly staff. However, today was the first time that my reservation estimate and total due were different, $15 different, with no explanation available from the attendant at the exit. I was actually parked at the facility two hours less than reserved. I always book directly on the Jet Stream website, and have not found an option to prepay, so I will go back to my old parking facility that allows a prepay option so I don't end up being surprised when I exit. That facility would have been cheaper this time around than what I ended up paying Jet Stream. Disappointed. You've lost a loyal customer. read more

Be aware your quoted reservation price is NOT the price you will pay. We were quoted for $69 and when we scanned to get out of the lot the actual price was $93. Thats a huge difference!!!! Called to inquire why we had to pay so much more and I was hung up on. Sent an email to management and was told the small disclaimer on the reservation said the price could fluctuate. We've used many other parking services and never had a issue like this. Won't be using Jet Stream ever again. read more
