Smart Park has reasonable pricing and very nice drivers. Once you are picked up on their lot they will give you a card so you do not forget where you had parked upon your return. I try to take a photo but sometimes I forget so the card works out perfectly. Once you have your bags upon returning to the airport they are quite onto pick you up. We have used Smart Patk for years and have waited between 1 and 10 minutes, tops. I highly recommend them. Navigating the new world of airport delays and flight issues is tough. Smartpark was amazing however. Very easy to use and very efficient and professional staff. The price was not bad too. I paid around 128 for 7 days of parking. As soon as I pulled in to park, I'm right behind the shuttle that would soon take me to the airport. What a nice touch! I got to keep my car keys! Also unlike some parking lots at philly airport there was security here watching things. Catalytic converter intact! When I called to get picked up the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. It did stop for other guests arriving at other terminals however but getting back to the parking lot wasn't too bad. Took maybe 20 minutes total. read more

He helped with my bag, smiled like he meant it, and within fifteen minutes I was planted outside Terminal A, wondering if I had hallucinated how well everything went. I gave him a couple bucks and he didn't flinch. He seemed grateful. A rare thing in the service industry these days, where a tip often lands like a sneeze on a window. One week later, older and somehow more tired, I called the number on the card as instructed. Ten minutes later a van pulled up like a loyal hound and out came a voice calling "Tom and Jerry." The driver laughed. I laughed. Tom and his family laughed. It was a good moment in a place where most moments are lived out silently in polyester pants. The ride back was swift. Another tip. Used SmartPark 10-12 times and we cannot say enough good things. Yes, it's $14 a day, but they are polite, efficient and are always there soon after you call them! No, I am not a relative (haha) I just like to give good people my recommendations. FYI One time we came in 4 hours after our scheduled time (said had we would be in at 11pm) and she apologized, but said it's another day's charge. We completely understood! They are fast with pickup, give you a card with your parking area on it so you know where you have to come Back to, and watch out for you! I once left my car running when I was late for a flight (damn start/stop button instead of a key!!) and they made sure they checked it periodically to make sure it didn't disappear, when it eventually ran out of gas. Upon return, the driver I had also had some gas for me to put in my car so I could make it to a gas station. Nice work! 100% would park there every time! From the moment I arrived, everything was clearly marked and easy to follow. Communication between the staff, drivers, and check-in personnel was smooth and efficient. The entire lot felt safe, well-lit, and well organized. Our driver, Jeff, was a fantastic courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The shuttle van was clean, newer, well-maintained, and comfortably cooled. What stood out the most: they didn't make us wait around to fill the van with more passengers. We got right to the terminal with no delays. Here's where Smart Park really impressed me: I wasn't 100% sure if I had locked my car. I asked Jeff if he could double-check as we arrived at the airport, and not only did he do that, but he also sent me a text confirming it was locked. That level of service is rare. Yes, Smart Park costs a bit more than the bargain lots but it's 100% worth it. The experience, peace of mind, and customer care put them in a different league. You truly do get what you pay for. some problems with how they run things here - they pick you up fine after you land but then you have to get dropped off at your car sometimes after 5 other couples get dropped off and have their luggage unloaded - then you have to go to a drive up kiosk and pay...the last time i used them there were 12 cars in 1 line while the other kiosk was on break i guess - unbelievable that a spaz in front of me couldn't find his ticket (i remember his custom license plate but wont post it here) and unbelievable they made everyone wait 15 friggin minutes while they sorted this douche out...wtf...you can't pull this ass out of line. - for that reason i will never ever use this place again...better off with uber - i know this is why there was a delay i called right after i left - compared to Newark offsite parking this place is 3 levels of stupid worse, in Newark they have your car pulled and parked at the front of the office....can you believe it....you go in and pay and you are gone in 30 seconds - i mean the people are nice but this is hard to deal with. read more

Great service. Convenient. We use this often and have had friendly staff almost every time (except for the time I tried to politely mention to the driver we got stuck in traffic and were kind of running late and he said if I stopped talking to him about he could go faster. But I know there's not much they can do for that.). Prices are obviously better than the airport. Feels much safer too. No random weirdos walking around near your car. Good with or without reservations. Frequent pick ups make for little wait time after landing. I definitely recommend tipping your drivers each way. We used to do ExpressPark North, but when they shut down we moved here and have been just as happy. If you're not in a huge rush needing to go right to the airport, it's worth parking a little further for the quality and price of the lot. read more

First time using Smart Park. I booked my reservation a day before my trip. I was glad that I was able to secure a reservation. I arrived early for my reservation unfortunately the lot was full. I was given a coupon for one free day. They had another location that was about two minutes away. I wasn't sure where to pick up my shuttle when I returned. I called the number and was told where I would be picked up. The driver was there within 5 minutes of making my call. I will definitely use Smart Park when I need to park at the airport. read more

YESS!!! Smart Park is my #1 Airport Parking Lot I chose smart park because others had a lot of wacky reviews and theirs were the best! PARKING: I booked a reservation a month in advance and only needed to pay I think 15%? (Remember to print out the invoice) Once you get there, you will notice that they have two big lots across from each other with very clear signs indicating if one side is full. Immediately the lady in front explained where to park. After you park, a van would come by and pick you up then off you go to the airport!! The process prob only took about a few minutes? AND they name the car locations by countries so it is easy to remember. OF COURSE, they provide a card w/ the car location name as well. RETURNING: Hopped off the plane gave them a call answered within one second go to zone 3 waited for one minute hopped on shuttle bus! Got in my car, gave them the little ticket + invoice then paid the rest of the balance~ Just like that!!! Shoutout to ALL THE STAFF!!! great attitude, friendly, and efficient.
