DECEPTIVE PRICING!! We used this company when they were Pick Up and Go Movers, absolutely loved them when we used them that time. They were referred to us and we passed on their name to everyone we knew moving. We decided to use them again 2 years later and it was a night and day difference. Now, this company is a joke since their 'name change.' We confirmed our movers and day of move we started out rocky. They couldn't find my apartment building and when their dispatch conference called myself, dispatch, and the driver as I patched in I heard the driver say 'tell him to get his ass outside,' I was already standing outside for an hour waiting for them. I drove around the complex, found them, and escorted them to the right building. We scheduled 3 movers for 2 hours ($430) as stated on their website, we had everything boxed, labeled and ready. All they needed to do was shrink wrap which we selected when booking them. They took the whole 2 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment. Then, just a tad over an hour they finally showed up at our new home (it's only 16 miles, 30 minutes tops), before unloading they required we pay. Somehow now my rate has more than doubled and they want $1,001.25! Before leaving our apartment a driver made a comment about grabbing lunch on the way up to our house which apparently we paid for their lunch break. They're an absolute SCAM. Their pricing online is deceptive pricing, they will milk the clock and then gouge you before unloading. They're a disgusting company because of the scam they are running. We're a week past our move date and as we've been unpacking, we are finding damages. Our washer drain hose (that was supposed to be protected since we paid for protection) had an abrasion resulting in a steady leak in our laundry room, our guest room headboard has a corner damage and a mark on the wall from where they clearly colided. read more

When the movers finally arrived at almost 4:30PM, we had 1 diligent resource and another who lacked motivation (booked 2 men). Due to the delay, the movers had to rush to the storage unit before they closed and Jospeh the dispatcher advised them to get payment, drop belongings in lobby of storage, and return with truck. So that's what they did - offloaded my belongings and left 2 women stranded at 9:30PM, in the lobby of a storage unit with heavy furniture. No dolly, no padding, no means to move items from lobby to 4th floor! Left a message and have yet to hear back from owner or management. SUPER SLOW & RECKLESS! Caught them multiple times just standing by the truck chilling! They broke my desk from multiple spots & instead of disclosing it, decided to hide the broken leg/parts by placing the desk on one of the boxes with glasses in it! Other than the desk, there were bowls, shots, glasses & candle holders that were broken during the transportation! In another matter, despite the fact that I specifically mentioned the mattress & spring box is valuable, I caught them dragging them on the floor which resulted in damaging spring box's corners. These guys were so great. I found them through an advertisement on Craigslist. They had competitive pricing, but I was a little skeptical because, you know, Craigslist, but WOW was I impressed! They were able to come early on my move day, and showed up right when they said they would. They used pads and plastic wrap to protect my furniture. They used care when bringing the items into my new home and set up my bed and dining table for me. I was charged for exactly the time it took--they didn't try to milk the clock at all. I was able to easily pay them through Zelle. I also tipped the movers because they did such a great job! Highly recommend. read more

I reached out to schedule a move and was directed to the website. I was able to set5 everything up online and received confirmation of move time. This was done on 9/2 at 4:54 pm, my move was schedule for that Saturday 9/4 between 11-2 arrival time. I reached out at 12 pm because I hadn't received an ETA call, so I thought I'd be proactive. I never heard from anyone. The number listed in my confirmation directed me to another number and stated for a faster response send a text. I made several attempts to reach someone but never heard back. This company was a referral, I had them attempt to reach out and they never got a response. My whole day was ruined, I had to try and find new movers at the last minute. Luckily fate was on my side and I was able to secure a Sunday move with another company. They must have gotten a new team or management because the service is not the same. After weeks of preparing for my move day and furniture sitting out in the front yard all day they just didn't show up. Didn't respond to my 10-15 calls and would even ignore them. After hours of trying to contact them I got a "your driver will call you in 10 minutes" text, which gave me some hope and then I got nothing. My husband and I were left to move a ton of furniture back in our house in the dark and had to find a place to sleep for the night. One of the most stressful days I've ever had. This company PURPOSEFULLY milked out time and turned a $380 estimate into $1,000 and that was ONLY to move the items OUT of the house and NOT to move the items to our NEW HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! I wish we had read these reviews below sooner so that we would have known this. Over the phone, the person who booked the service told us that it would take about 4 hours for the move, which we scheduled. We were only having the furniture taken out of the house and packed into PODs. These movers took TEN hours to move a three bedroom house!! They took advantage of my mom who recently had SPINE surgery, and they took advantage of me who has spinal arthritis, as we ended up moving items ourselves to try and speed things along when it was clear they weren't going to move things. They took many many breaks and claimed they were "off the clock" but did not actually deduct that time from the time that they charged us. Then we had a few extra items that we could not move immediately into the house. The guys said they would store the items for us, and that it would be a charge (which makes sense) but then they charged $100 for three days of storage. We could have just gotten a small storage unit for an entire month for way less than that, and had we known they were going to up the price SO high, we would have gone with a different solution. Two movers came and one mover clearly did not move anything. So of course it took hours when the upstairs bedrooms were all moved by ONE GUY. He was working very hard though, however the other mover, LAMAR, was friendly and funny but didn't lift a muscle to move anything. At one point he told the other mover that he was going to the truck for an allen wrench needed to take apart our table (taking apart beds and furniture is also part of their "services") but then he NEVER CAME BACK. He just stayed in the truck. I went out there to look for him and he was literally just shuffling items around inside the truck and at that point it was about 6pm in the evening!! I have NEVER seen a mover who was so lazy and did absolutely NOTHING before. What was told to us, in FULL confidence by the booker, supposed to be a 4 hour job at about $380, turned into a 10 hour job at $907!!!!!! SO DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY almost $1000 TO MOVE YOUR HOME, AND THAT IS A ONE WAY FEE!!!!!!!!!! Also, they sent us two unprofessional movers, who were waiting in their truck for 15 mins for every trip. Please BEWARE when booking this moving company. They moved us on April 1, 2019 and the driver hit and broke the neighbors mailbox. Immediately we asked him would you have the mailbox replaced being that it was his fault. He said yes or that he worked report it to the company, it has been 11 days and still haven't heard anything. Talk about a bad company. I used them twice when they were Pickup & Go Movers. I've told a lot of friends about what a great company they were. This time around, not so great. My buddy is moving and needed movers quick. I called them up to help him out in his situation. They agreed to show up on Monday between 3-6p. This is very reasonable. 6pm came and went, this company did not show up. My buddy had to call them to see when they where they were. They couldn't even give a call just to inform him that they were running behind schedule. The owner explained that they were still on a move from the morning. They agreed to reschedule for the next day between 11a-2p. Well... same thing happened except this time, the owner did not answer, text, or call back to explain what happened. It's like they hate money and their potential clients. I will no longer tell people how great of company they are. I will advise everyone to run away as fast as you can. Find a real moving company. Late delivery. Poor customer service and marijuana smell On 12/20/2020 I callled to make a reservation for a move and was directed to the website which I used to make the delivery on 12/26/2020. When the day arrived I sat and waited all day as I was waiting for the conformation call, and even called them to no answer. On Sunday 12/27/2020 I get a call telling me the movers are on the way and when I called the business office number to understand what happened the day before the owner hung up on me. When I called to make a claim they hung up on me. I've texted everyday on concerns on someone calling me back about my damaged furniture and no one I mean no one will return my text or call. They have two numbers and we have tried calling and texting both numbers. When the one guy was trying to carry my soda by himself he dropped it and it hit the asphalt and the other two guys laughed at him. The horror story goes on and on. The two movers dropped my extremely expensive piece of furniture down the stairs and completely broke it.
