I arrived here today, and I saw that there was another worker. He also helped me out a lot today. He helped me with signing documents that are simple to do. He also helped me log into the computer when I had trouble forgetting my own username and password. He was also an amazing guy when it comes to any customer walking through that door and leaving. I also love how this place is conveniently designed so that you can leave. I was able to get home without any kind of issue.

She was very unprofessional and would text me late in the evening and sometimes she would take days to respond back to a text. When I did reached out to the teacher and asked her what date she was available she took a few days to reach out to me and just said I'm busy and to get a hold of firefly to find a new teacher. she could at least told me ahead of time that her schedule is full. We already set up dates two times a week for teaching but I guess she even couldn't tell me that she was not available before that. I reached out to firefly email to find a new teacher and they said they would find one but never got back to me until I finally got tired of waiting and I told them just cancel it. When I told them to cancel it they never even tried to keep me on or never never apologized for not getting back to me. I would never recommend them to anyone.
