I needed to take an exam locally and selected Quality Tutoring becase they had the soonest available test date and time. I studied really hard all night and early morning and on my way to the test center I quickly searched for my conformation e-mail. I pulled it up and read it and read that you need to print out a copy of the conformation and bring it with you as they do not allow cell phones in the test center. I panicked because who prints things anymore and there were no places I knew off the top of my head that I could print a piece of paper at and if there were places that I could print at they opened after 9 a.m. I decided to calm down and just show up and see what happens and I'm happy to report, they never once asked to see the conformation e-mail, they just asked for my name and test I was taking and my ID. There was one young woman and you man working. The young man escorted me to the locker where I was instructed out all my belongings in the locker, even my car keys. Shortly after I was ushered to my computer station and began my test. The room I was in was quiet and had no other testers in there at the time. I was able to focus and complete my test without any distractions. I passed my test, gathered my belongings from the locker and dropped the key off at the front desk and was on my way. If I needed to test again I would come back here as it was a pleasant experience and the staff were very polite and efficient.

She was very unprofessional and would text me late in the evening and sometimes she would take days to respond back to a text. When I did reached out to the teacher and asked her what date she was available she took a few days to reach out to me and just said I'm busy and to get a hold of firefly to find a new teacher. she could at least told me ahead of time that her schedule is full. We already set up dates two times a week for teaching but I guess she even couldn't tell me that she was not available before that. I reached out to firefly email to find a new teacher and they said they would find one but never got back to me until I finally got tired of waiting and I told them just cancel it. When I told them to cancel it they never even tried to keep me on or never never apologized for not getting back to me. I would never recommend them to anyone.
