The smallest hole was made in order to fish new wires and cables. We now have 4k high definition picture on our TV and we also installed a CAT6 ethernet cable behind the wall to our modem in the basement. This was a tough job but HTX was able to help us. When you know you need an expert, your average installer from a TV store is not going to spend the time to do things to your specifications.
