We were looking for lamps for a sideboard and found what we felt might work at Good Friends…read more Michael suggested we try one of the lamps and if it worked, he would find another at a different location. It did work and he did find another by the next day. Unfortunately, even though the second lamp had the same style # as the first, because they are custom-made, there was a difference in rhe shape. Another lamp on the floor was the same, but had a lower price. Michael was very accomodating, letting us switch round lamps to get what we wanted and accepting the lower price on the two we chose. We are thrilled with our purchase. Thank youi Good Friends for your excellent selection of "seashore themed" lamps.

Having someone work in your house is very personal. In this case, I hired Chris Paterno the owner from LPC Elctrical for a big electrical job in my home with luxury lighting. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the work he performed. The job started out with fair pricing, honest work, effort, and strong communication. Unfortunately, this did not continue throughout the project. Chris definitely misrepresented himself and what his business stands for. AHis ethical conduct is definitely in question running his business as well as dealing with his customers. My job was left incomplete because once things didn't go as planned he was fustrated and annoyed. Having a temper about his performance was extremely uncomfortable for me. He is unprofessional to say the least. His follow up became inconsistent and unclear with completing the job. His practices do not align with what his website and his estimate displayed. After numerous messages to him, he refused to complete the job and move forward as agreed. I would not recommend hiring him due to the fact of lack of professionalism and communication. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this stress. In the end, I had to hire a new electrician to fix his mistakes and complete the work.

We were incredibly excited about installing a pool at our new home and wanted to find a company…read morethat would make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We knew it would be a long process, so choosing the right contractor was one of the most important decisions we had to make. Now that the project is complete, we can confidently say that choosing Kline Brothers Landscaping & Pool Company was one of the best decisions we made. We met with several pool companies, and the pricing varied significantly. Some even provided quotes without visiting our property, which didn't give us much confidence. Then we met John Kline. From our very first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping us make the best decisions. Most importantly, he was simply a pleasure to work with. Although Kline Brothers wasn't the least expensive option, we chose them because we felt they were the right company for the job. Looking back, we couldn't be happier with that decision. From the planning stage through the final installation, everything went remarkably smoothly. Every crew that worked on our project was professional, hardworking, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They consistently left the job site clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day. Coordinating a project of this size could easily become overwhelming, but John managed every phase seamlessly. His communication, organization, and attention to detail made the entire process virtually stress-free. The finished pool exceeded all of our expectations and turned out even better than we had imagined. Building a pool is a major investment, and it's natural to feel anxious throughout the process. John and the entire Kline Brothers team made us feel confident every step of the way. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. We absolutely love our new pool and wholeheartedly recommend Kline Brothers Landscaping & Pool Company to anyone considering a pool project. Thank you, John, and the entire Kline Brothers team, for making our dream backyard a reality!
