Salesman this time upsold me new construction windows and I was leaving in a few days for a month so I wanted ot get them ordered. I painted them prior to installation. The installation was horrific - tiny cracks in the plaster now large requiring patching, pieces of plaster ripped off the wall requiring patching and painting entire walls. But the worst was the excessive and beyond shoddy caulking. I've never seen caulking so poorly done. Matera Bldrs.had completely redone my kitchen 9 years ago and the work, including caulking was excellent. This was appaling. I sent photos to Bob and he tried to defend work he knew was indefensible. He sent someone to try to fix some of the caulk but it was no better and I sent photos to Bob again. My woodwork is a different color then the walls and now there were no right angles, making painting sloppy. Bob and workers acknowledge that I am a good painter but this was impossble. Bob did discount the work some and did eventually apologize but that didn't help what was fairly pristine before the installation. They treated my $13,000 investment casually and carelessly. It's clear they can't get or keep skilled workers. First photo is windows before installation. Have many more after

His install was ok at best. Some showers were done properly, and a few had issues right from the beginning. From minor leaks, to shower doors opening on their own when the bathroom got warmer. I personally had to fix two of them myself because the customers were pissed having them come out 2-3 times. Scott eventually ghosted one of my really great customers. Just had a text message from a previous customer that has had her shower about 4-5 years. She wants new rubber stops installed where the doors meet. She told me she called them many times, went in there , etc. and still couldn't get them to come out. She's not even looking for a freebie. She will pay for the service, but of course Scott ignore her again. Mi was using EASCO glass before twin glass, and have gone back to them. A much better company. My advice, stay away from Scott and Twin glass. Hands down worst customer service around.

The…read moremanager Williams Ramos was onsite almost everyday ensuring his pros accomplished quality work on time. My renovations included kitchen remodel( cabinets & counter), flooring work and whole interior painting cielings/wall including all doors and some exterior. His company also powerwashed the entire outside siding, driveway, porch and cleared gutters. Because of the previous tenant leaving so much clutter before renovations could start, his company additionally hauled away so work could begin on time. Furthermore this company doesnt take short cuts. They made several trips to get the proper matching siding needed for some damaged panels. Even though it took several days..they wanted to make sure it was perfect. My neighbors reported that the company worked morning until late evenings on several occasions. Extraordinary effort! He was patient when I was undecisive about paint color, and ensured my instructions were followed regarding work in the basement. I was not there, but he was my central coordination person between other contractors and my realestate agent. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Innovations Contractors to my neighbors or anyone on Yelp looking for quality professional level work at very reasonable prices. I hope my review helps you make the right decision going with this company. I have attached pictures supporting my review.
