I'm not sure where to begin with this company and how they handle customers. We had them come out…read moreto fix a bend in a door panel, which they did, but did not put the door back together correctly. We didn't find this out until my husband came home and noticed the door wasn't closing properly. Sure, it closed, but there was a gap at the bottom, and it went down very shakily. When the technician was here fixing it, I had asked him to put in a keypad for one door. He asked for my pin number to program it, which I refused, because that would be like giving out our key to our house, he said, fine, here are the directions, you can do it later yourself. "Later" when I tried to program it, it would not work. After calling the technician to come down and help, he refused. Too far away. He would send me another keypad. Which, by the way , was to have been sent out immediately to me, and almost a week later, they cannot even give me a tracking number for it. We had another garage repair company look at the gap in the garage door which was left by A.C. Garage repair, and he said the whole thing wasn't fixed properly, including a bracket being put on upside down and wiring done wrong. It is now fixed and running smoothly without a gap, and I am asking for some money back from A.C. GARAGE because of their inability to fix it in the first place. They refuse, saying I should have called them to fix it! We didn't, because they wouldn't come back for the keypad because we are too far away. They raped us of $575.00 for NOTHING. oh, and the keypad they had given us is not even compatible with our openers. You would think they would know. Please save yourselves aggravation and DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!
