I'm not one to normally review a company unless they make an exceptional experience. I'm proud to say Twin Glass company are some of the most competent, knowledgeable, and talented people I've had work on my projects. From the easy assistance they gave me to order some custom glass and sizes to then going above and beyond helping my wife and I design two of our bathroom showers and mirrors. My wife and I know the value of investing in a business with a generational legacy. I've used them about 4 times now and I'm know stranger to out my name behind them as a referral. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I'm a contractor who used Scott (the owner) at this business for a couple of years. In all honestly, his price at the time was reasonable. His install was ok at best. Some showers were done properly, and a few had issues right from the beginning. From minor leaks, to shower doors opening on their own when the bathroom got warmer. I personally had to fix two of them myself because the customers were pissed having them come out 2-3 times. Scott eventually ghosted one of my really great customers. Just had a text message from a previous customer that has had her shower about 4-5 years. She wants new rubber stops installed where the doors meet. She told me she called them many times, went in there , etc. and still couldn't get them to come out. She's not even looking for a freebie. She will pay for the service, but of course Scott ignore her again. Mi was using EASCO glass before twin glass, and have gone back to them. A much better company. My advice, stay away from Scott and Twin glass. Hands down worst customer service around. read more

I would highly recommend using twin glass. From going into the office to getting my measurements to the install everything was perfect very satisfied best price around read more

Twin Glass - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey

Derek and Tony arrived on time at 9am this morning, 8/6/24 to install a splash panel on the bathtub in my guest bathroom. They did a great job in not a lot of time, and it looks great. Twin gave me a fair price and the quality of the glass was fine read more

WORST WINDOW COMPANY IN NEW JERSEY!! They talk a big game, however it's really just a team of wanna be's trying to play in the big leagues. Our condo association was experiencing leaky frames and windows. We hired twin glass against our better judgement- they were $1000 less than their competitor. After the first rainstorm- we had worse leaks than before!! Scott came and used a ton of caulk on our frames and windows. Next storm, more leaks. Scott came again- more caulk- you guessed it- more leaks. When we asked for a refund, or a re-do, - suddenly they stopped answering the phone. No response to letters, nothing. They wer quick to take the $8500, but not to return our calls. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

Twin Glass - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey

It's been a month since the glass was ordered. (They told me 2 weeks). My back door is broken..... it's cold and the heat is running. Not You mention safety issues. I understood back orders. But I do not understand rudeness. Now, they do not answering my calls or texts. (AFTER they got my money of course.) Customer service needs improvement, and the way to speak to a customer. Very unprofessional read more

Ordered glass railings and was told 3-4 weeks. That was February 2021. In May, after not getting any return calls or answers I ended up having another glass company order and install in two weeks. BUYER BEWARE. Still trying to get 50% deposit back from this company. read more

I placed an order for an insulated glass panel to be made and installed at my condo at the above address on 10/22/2018 with Twin Glass. They came out, measured and said it would take 4 weeks to make and install. I placed a deposit of $350; chk#6387 dated 10/22/2018. The panel is still not delivered or installed. Despite many unanswered calls, I still have not had the panel delivered or installed or my deposit back. One call that was answers last Friday, they said they were having a meeting on the weekend and definitely would call me on Monday to give each an installation date. It is now Wednesday and I have not received any call. I called today 3 times; calls are not being answered. I want the panel that I paid half on already installed and want read more

Very, very difficult to have them back to finish/fix job. I called 8/21 and when I called back today 10/22, I was given attitude. I was asked the same questions I was asked when I called three other times. Despite being very courteous and patient for months, the person on the phone copped an attitude as though I was being difficult. I paid $1700 in full in July and the shower door still doesn't close. See review by Cheeky C and Ben H. I had the same experience. This is my first Yelp review ever, good or bad. I will post again if I receive an adequate resolution, but after all of this time and my phone conversation and other reviewers, I am not hopeful. I wish I used the same company that I used for my master bath. No issues with them at all. read more

Excellent service and installation. Took exactly amount of time they said ie 3-4 weeks. Installation team was courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend! read more

They installed an oversized shower door for me. Very reliable and professional. On time and delivered above expectation. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is so excellent in every way. It seems way too often we are disappointed and discontented with companies and their service. It is such a pleasure to deal with such an outstanding company. I could not say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them. read more

Beware!!! They have good products but their sales people are scam artists! When they asked me if I wanted a warranty for the shower doors it would cover any kind of Breakage, scum or Corrosion for an extra $490 for 10 years I was sold! The doors are pretty expensive for our custom shower... they did tell me that I need to sign up for the warranty within 90 days of the installation. While I was signing up online for the shower guard I was reading about the warranty. It says that it only covers scum and corrosion but nothing to do with breakage or glass cracking. I immediately called up the owner of twin glass. I asked him if this is true that the warranty does not cover broken glass and breakage of the hinges. He told me very rudely it does not and at no point in time has anyone ever told me that. This was a complete lie because Emily the sales person is a con artist and will sell anything to anybody and will say anything to anybody even though it's not true. He then gave me no assistance whatsoever and told me basically I was SOL. I recommend staying far far away from this place because he will just rip you off like all the other people I have spoken to and all the other people that have commented on here. read more
