When asking advice about color he was not accurate and the finished carpeting was not compatible with the hall. He seem disinterested but he was good the 1st time so we went with him. 2. He was on retrospect way too expensive for what we got and will not use him again. 3. On finishing up on the floor he moved the entertainment center back and dropped it!! We turned on the TV to make sure it still worked and he YELLED at us to turn it off. NEVER again will we use him. There is no need to yell at your customer!!! 4. He saw through the window that the deck needed work. We said we were not doing that now. Later he kept calling back on the pretext of how was the flooring and then immediately shifted to the deck work - he would really like to do that. This happened 3 times. The 1st time he did work for us he NEVER called to see how the new carpeting was!!! As said above we would not recommend or use him the next time.

They walked me through the issue and the solution and thoroughly answered all my questions. They didn't rush the process at all and their work speaks to that. These days it's hard to find companies that don't upsell or try to get more money out of their customers, but Keating Group is one of the only honest companies around. Dave and Shawn are genuine people and they truly want what's best for their customers and nothing more. True hard working duo that give their 110%. Highly recommend this company.
