Hutchinson tried to upsell me to a whole new AC system, several smaller guys (and RAYNOR) just ignored my calls- when I finally made contact with a local guy they never showed up to quote. Breathe EZ was top notch in all areas...came right out, agreed to do a new blower motor ($1200 less than the quote from Breather EZ). They showed right up the next day and did an excellent job./ 2 gentlemen worked hard, explained exactly what they had done....even went out to purchase a part left out from the manufacturer box for the motor. Skilled polite men, Kyle and John, worked hard and had heat in my house in about 2 hrs. By the next AM I was toasty warm....after week of 40 degrees inside temps. I will close by saying these guys from Breathe EZ were pros who got the job done quickly and right. My quote from a big time competitor (Hutch) was $1260 (plus a $400 expedite charge to get it done quickly!!!!) and EZ did it for 445.00 parts and labor!! ( no expedite charges) I would say be careful if you need any HVAC... I would strongly recommend Breather EZ as they far exceeded the others in getting me (an old guy!) back to a warm house in frigid temps!! Unreachable, Broken Promises, Subpar Work…read more I hired Pat from Grace Mechanical through my contractor last year for plumbing work. Despite having a clear scope and agreement, the contractor's delays meant that one item was left incomplete. We paid approximately $5k for the services rendered and agreed to complete the remaining item this summer. While most of the work was satisfactory, Pat failed to properly seal my sink drainage during a conversion from two drains to one. As a result, water and food shoot up from the drain when I use the garbage disposal. This year, I've reached out to Pat almost daily via call or text for over a month. He rarely answers the phone and occasionally responds with vague promises to call back, which he never fulfills. He contacted me once, stating he needed to check his calendar and would call back to schedule a time. That was weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. I've attached proof of the shoddy sink drain work and examples of the unprofessional communication I've experienced. As a paying client, this treatment is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
