I put in a request for a quote on Yelp and within an hour I was on the phone with Stephen explaining my issue and he agreed to come out the next day (Sunday). He showed up as promised on Sunday afternoon and about 30 mins later had repaired the issue and made recommendations for other upgrades my home could use. I only had to pay for service call because he explained to me what was needed and suggested me picking it up from Home Depot to save on his repair cost. There is a $10 fee for using debit/credit card for payments, but IMO that menial when a service call is made on a Sunday afternoon a few days before a holiday and the business is located in/near Dunwoody and I live near the airport. Honest, quick replies, punctual and great customer service. I appreciate when a service provider doesn't gauge you on his rates because you're a woman and have no idea of what a 30 amp fuse is. I'd surely call him back for any other electrical needs I have in my home.
