I do service dispatch for a living, and I would never speak to someone in need the way their dispatcher spoke to me. The woman on the phone was shockingly rude -- talking over me, blaming my insurance for "lying," giving attitude when I simply asked for an update, and acting annoyed that I even needed help. I genuinely wish I had recorded the call. If this is who answers your phones, fire your dispatcher. The timeline speaks for itself: * Called at 7:30 AM * Got a confirmation text at 8:02 AM saying arrival would be within 45-75 minutes * Tow truck didn't show up until 10:15 AM When I pointed out the delay (calmly), she cut me off mid-sentence blaming the insurance and dryly asked if I wanted to cancel -- after I had already waited over an hour in the winter. Absolutely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. And the kicker? Yelp is full of the exact same complaints. So clearly this isn't an off day -- it's who they are. McCoy Services and the dispatcher wasted my time, my money, and treated me like I was an inconvenience instead of a stranded customer. I'd avoid this place if this is quality humans they keep employed. Never again. I'll be submitting for reimbursement and warning everyone I can to avoid this company at all costs.

Their work always meets or exceeds my expectations. Out of all the estimates i've received from multiple body shops, Precisions was always the most affordable and even if it wasn't i would still choose them, their work speaks for itself.

Today was another example of how they go the extra mile for their customers. I flubbed up a simple license plate R&R on the back of my daughter's Nissan Rogue, and took it to Precision to have them use their expertise to avoid more expense than necessary. They found a simple solution to a problem they had not seen before. It was so simple, they didn't charge us anything! (the least I can do is give them a great review) They will be the first place I call the next time I need body shop help.

Safe buy. I don't recommend the optional additional warranty "service", though, it's like $2,197 usd extra and I never even got proof of Purchase about it or any information on what I paid for it to cover. The woman that represented the co was much more courteous than the man who owned it, in my opinion (as he sold me the warranty, she sold me the utility SUV). I found it more affordable to supplement with AAA; it more conveniently supplements the needs of your vehicle. As for the vehicle itself, the pre-existing issues were not disclosed to me. Luckily they weren't necessities for it to run. I paid cash, I got no discount for doing so. All in all, I'd recommend the place to someone who knows a thing or two about or is looking for a non-luxury foreign vehicle from the mid 2000's, just before 2010, for a little bit too much money. HAHA. There was a bunch of those in stock when I purchased my '07 Toyota RAV4 in August of '24. Overall: 6.5/10 *'s.
