Everything was fine until I decided to go in another direction and terminate services with Smart Bean. The process was extremely difficult, and I had to endure two sales calls where they hard-sold me to stay. The last call was with Victor Constantino, and he cussed me out. This entire experience was very odd. I decided to go to their office and file a formal complaint with the company regarding Victor Constantino's behavior. However, when I went to the addresses listed for Smart Bean on Google and Yelp, I discovered that Smart Bean is not located at either of those addresses (listed below). Something is not right here. Horrible communication, ended up costing me thousands of dollars in fixing mistakes. Also they failed to complete my books on time causing me to miss out on a huge loan opportunity. I would find a service that actually delivers on the promises they made when they signed us. They talked a big talk and I was left hanging. I held back a couple of years in writing this review but I am still PAYING for their mistakes so I had to leave a warning for perspective clients.
