Tuna was dry and the Italian had heavy amounts of olives. We order delivery at 11:AM and don't normally get our sandwiches until 1:30PM. Wait is probably even longer if you are there in person.

People come here on limited lunch breaks expecting fast and convenient service, but unfortunately that wasn't the experience today. The food is good, but the long wait and lack of urgency made the visit frustrating.

Unfortunately, that experience has completely changed. Every single time I come in now, the only thing open is self-checkout. If I wanted to scan and bag all my own groceries, I could go to Food 4 Less or ALDI and save money while doing it myself. The whole reason many of us shop here is because we expect better service. It's incredibly frustrating to spend premium grocery prices and still have to do the work ourselves. On top of that, bagging groceries properly actually matters -- especially when buying produce, eggs, meat, or fragile items. Employees who are trained to bag groceries make a difference, and it's disappointing that customer service seems to be disappearing completely. I understand stores are trying to cut costs, but eliminating staffed checkout lanes is hurting the customer experience. Long-time customers notice the difference, and it honestly makes me question why I should continue shopping here instead of going somewhere cheaper. I really hope management starts valuing customer service again and keeps actual checkout lanes open consistently.

However, when I opened the replacement container the following day, it also tasted expired. What concerns me the most is that neither container had an expiration date or any "best by" date. For a fresh, prepared food like guacamole, that's a serious food safety concern. There's no way for customers to know how long it has been sitting or whether it's still safe to eat. I appreciate that the employees replaced the product, but receiving a second spoiled container makes me worry that this may be a larger issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding the prepared guacamole and salsas until proper date labeling and quality control are in place. Food safety should always come first.

On my pick up date, I waited over 1.5 hours, they said another persons order receipt/ticket was lost and they were unprepared to fulfill all the other orders because hers was a large order. Not surprising since their ordering system is so unorganized. I should've got my order comped for the inconvenience, but the management was less than helpful. Not necessarily blaming the deli staff because they seem severely short handed every time I go in. It's a shame because my family and I love the chicken, but I have already told my family to stop ordering from there for parties. We can support elsewhere.

It was my first and last on line order from Albertsons. First they place three two litter bottles in each double bags. Yes, they broke of course. Then some of the stuff in there that wasn't even mine. I'm very honest so I brought it back. I ordered two thrifty ice creams that were on Friday sale. I ordered it. They only had one of the two and I ordered two on Friday, but they did not tell me that if I pick it up Saturday, even though I ordered it on Friday, I would not get the sale price. I asked the supervisor cashier in front is there a manager I can talk to. He said there is no manager there right now. This was on a Saturday about 1 o'clock. BS This is a good reason not to use there on line order or store. Lack of information, lack of honesty.
