It was only when I came in to pick up the cash that I realized that she was the same person who had helped me on the phone. There is a lot of really bad news in the press these days. But I must say, my heart lifted way beyond the value of 60 bucks by the human kindness and graciousness that Patrice, Thomas and Vons in general bestowed on me.
