This is a precious little business that is very cozy. I ordered gluten free cupcakes for my son and daughter in law's 5th wedding anniversary. They were overjoyed with the surprise and the cupcakes. I will definitely do business with this business again. I will also recommend it to friends and family. Kuddos for helping us celebrate in style!! read more

German chocolate cupcakes are delicious. I normally would get a cake but I had to find a bakery on short notice. They are very friendly. I was told that if I wanted a regular size cake, I could call and order one next time. read more

02/02/18 10:30 am . We went because the reviews were stellar and I ended up with a buy one get one free. I frankly don't know what all the rage is. Neither my husband nor i thought the cupcakes were any better than what we could get at a Krogers or HEB. He had the chocolate with fudge in the middle and I had the wedding cake. He ate 1/3 of his. It was moist enough I guess but the fudge was very little and the buttercream frosting was overbearing. I had the wedding cake cupcake had 2 bites, and it tasted very little like almond flavoring; again the frosting was overbearing. Not super sweet but not rich and smooth. So glad I didn't pay full price! Was hoping I had found my go to place for birthday cupcakes. Oh well! The girl behind the counter was super sweet and definitely excited about the product! 5 stars for her! Hence the 3 stars and not 2. read more

Picked up cupcakes for a birthday, and I got a few gluten free ones and a brownie for me. They were cute, nicely packaged, and the service was excellent, but I was really unimpressed with the taste. Maybe it was just the gluten free options, but it kind of just reminded me of grocery store bland food. They were out of macarons when I ordered, which was another bummer. read more

Lovely cupcakery in Keller. The cupcakes are moist and extremely creamy. We ordered a dozen cupcakes and all of the flavors we tried were delicious. You can tell everything was baked fresh that day to sustain that moistness. They also have mini cakes, regular size cakes, ice cream, and cookies which are all homemade! Perfect for any event or get togethers! read more

This is the first time we've had cupcakes here, as we're trying to support small businesses during the quarantine. The actual cupcakes are wonderful....very moist and soft. They also had a generous portion of frosting, which I found to be very tasteless. We purchased several flavors, for example a lemon & peanut butter. The only hint of lemon in the whole cupcake was a tiny dollop of like lemon curd/gel on the top, otherwise, no other lemon taste. And, if you didn't know the cupcake was PB, you wouldn't be certain what it was, as there was almost no taste of peanut butter. So, we'd certainly try them again, but I hope they might add some extra flavor or to their products. read more

the girl working was so sweet!! Lots of beautiful cupcakes it was hard for me to pick so I asked her opinion:)

The cup cakes were big and moist and delicious! Everyone in my family loved them even my fur baby!

I absolutely love this gem of a cupcake shop! It's very clean and super welcoming! They have awesome cupcakes that are huge and you can tell the quality is top notch! read more

absolute bestttttttttt cupcakes in alllllll of fort worth!!! nottttt your typical grocery store cupcake!!!!

Hits the spot every time!!! They are so consistent with the flavors and textures of the cupcakes- I have yet to find one that I don't like! The only downside today when we visited was that they ran out of one of their daily specials, hot chocolate. Other than that minor disappointment, smallcakes satisfied my sweet tooth once again! read more

Have always enjoyed Smallcakes for their tasty cupcakes, especially that it's one of the few places I can get a Gluten free baked good that's not in the frozen food section of a store. I understood when they began limiting their GF cupcake days to Friday and Saturday. It's got to be a pain to try to offer something that limited, though we've found them sold out of GF cupcakes even on those days. I know you can order them, but when the sweet tooth hits, I don't always want to wait for an order. Like I said, though, I get it. However, to pay full price for a cupcake that isn't even frosted because they don't have GF frosting really soured my experience. Frosting shouldn't have to have gluten. There are great recipes with just butter and/or shortening, vanilla, and confectioners sugar. So, I walked out with basically a muffin. Disappointing. read more

Amazing Cupcakes & Fantastic Customer Service. I called to order a dozen cupcakes for my sons 21st Birthday. They were so accommodating!! They were willing to deliver the cupcakes the same day I called. The cupcakes are my sons favorite. They are delicious & beautiful. They added extra decorations to make the cupcakes more special. Definitely give Yvonne a call and let her add that special touch for your event!! read more

My last purchase of 4 cupcakes for almost 16$ tasted all like there was a spiked cleaning chemical in the icing. On every single one which was a different flavor. That was Valentine's Day week and the last time I'll shop there. read more

My friend recently went and got some cupcakes from here for her birthday! Oh my God they were so delicious. I will have to come back and get more sometime. read more

I was super excited to find a local gourmet cupcake shop in Keller. They also serve cupcake infused ice cream here too! Every cupcake I've had has been super moist and sweet. They're pretty good size cupcakes too so I don't feel as bad spending $3-4 on a cupcake alone. Each cupcake is designed so deliciously it's hard to choose just one. The icing is amazing but on the very sweet side. So if you're huge on icing this place is great for you. The cakes itself are much more subtle to balance out the sweetness from the inch icing on top. My go to is the strawberry cupcake, but that's because I love strawberry cakes in general. Staff is always super nice and welcoming as well! read more

Love the cupcakes! The best I have ever had and the homemade ice cream is delish :) Went in the other day and loved how they have different specialty cupcakes everyday along with their signature cupcakes such as chocoholic, cookies and cream, cookie dough, and my personal fav chocolate cream. And that's just a taste, no pun intended :P Defiantly would recommend, and their rewards system works very well too! read more

I must say these cupcakes are probably the best I've ever had (at least for my taste buds). This location is kind of hidden in a shopping center but overall a well hidden gem. Facility is super clean and establishment is a good size for big parties. Staff is on point, willing to help with suggestions or guidance. These cupcakes are perfect, very moist and frosting is not over sweet. Totally recommend this spot. read more

Tried this for the first time today and WOW! These are the best cupcakes ever. We have other cupcake shops closer to us but this was so much better. So moist and delicious! Definitely will be returning soon and want to try the ice cream too. You won't be disappointed with these cupcakes. read more

The cupcakes are always fresh and tasty! Service is good. The pup cakes are also a hit with the fur baby.

I order an assortment of cupcakes every year for my nieces birthday and every year they do an exceptional job! Delicious cupcakes. I highly recommend them. read more

These cupcakes are amazing! The staff is friendly and very helpful! I recommend these delicious treats for any occasion.

The owner I met is super nice. I used to love this place in Southlake and I'm so glad it's here! The cupcakes are moist and fresh! I walk in here and it smells like someone is actually putting effort into some damn good treats! I love it! Can't wait to come back ! Update: 4/15/2018 Was very disappointed with this visit. The samples and the pecan pie cupcake were very dry. I went in because they gave me a free cupcake, but the new girl who worked there said she didn't know anything about it. Instead of asking her manager, she just shrugged it off. The cupcakes weren't very good. I have been waiting so long to come back but man, this was just no good. read more

I love the cupcakes here but the least 4 times I have come they have been out of gluten free cupcakes. I called ahead and was told they had 5 left. Got there 20 minutes later and they are all sold out. I know that GF is limited to Friday and Saturday but when I live over a hour away it is disappointing to be told they have them when I'm in the area and to get here and not be able to get any. This about to only place to get good GF cupcakes that aren't dried out. But it's to the point that I will just make them at home. read more

Very cute little cupcakery.....they even make their own cupcake ice cream! Your furry friends aren't left out either....you can buy pupcake treats! My daughter loved it, but I was underwhelmed. The frosting tasted just like a grocery store cupcake. The cake part was moist, I'll give them that. But I'm going back to the bakery in old town Keller that's had my business for a few years.... read more

Thank you for coming to Keller! Love coming to this sweet little shop with my kiddos. So many choices and unique flavors! Other cupcake shops seem to just alternate the frosting and the cake has very little variation. Not this place! Fell in love with the carrot cake at me last visit! Don't let the name fool you, these are not small cakes. Dense, moist, and gargantuan cupcakes from heaven! read more

Yummiest cupcakes ever. Downside is that i expected the birthday cake cupcake to hàve more sprinkles than it did. I saw their book and what is on the picture is not what they sell. Appatently if you want the authentic deal you have to ask for it. Why? Because people complained it had too many. I think that's a terrible solution. Instead they should have some the authentic way and some with no sprinkles. Therefore, i gave them 3 stars. read more

The BEST absolute BEST cupcakes EVER! I love Smallcakes! They taste exactly like they are described and the cupcakes are never dried out. You will get a lot for your money. I am so happy a franchise opened in Keller. I wish the owner much success in Keller and in the surrounding area. Jen Casey read more

I went here to get two boxes of four for $30! I got red velvet and wedding cake on both, lemon drop and chocolate n vanilla in one, cookies and cream and something seasonal(it was either caramel or peanut butter something) in the other. They're pretty big and not overwhelmingly sweet, which is exactly how I like my cupcakes. They're also really cute!! read more

Nice small shop with a big beautiful selection of yummy cakes. A great display with plenty of colorful cupcakes. And they taste as good as they look. Great place. Nice folks. Worth it! read more

Moist, fresh and delicious! These cupcakes are as good as Sprinkles and just a short drive away!

CONTAMINATED?? I purchased two of their wedding cake flavored cupcakes and, just like another review reported two months ago, I found that they both tasted of straight chemicals - like a disinfectant was infused into them. I couldn't stomach much past the first bite, both the icing and cake being affected, and both ended up in the garbage. read more

So disappointed in the lack of communication with this store. Asked for a simple donation for a school district function and after 2 weeks, 2 emails and 4 calls blowing me off each time because the manager was not there, I finally quit calling. If you didn't want to donate that's fine but tell me and quit wasting my time! I did get a very generous donation from another local bakery who will get all of my business! Remember Small Cakes who supports you! read more

Went to check this place out this past weekend, and was pleasantly surprised! The girl working was so personable and helpful, the store is adorable and fun, and the cupcakes... wow! Tried the carrot cake cupcake, as it is a must for me. It was FABULOUS! Super sweet, but everything I would want from a cupcake. Can't wait to try out more flavors! Even got a cupcake for my dog! How cute! Will be back soon! read more

I wanted to love it, but didn't and I visited twice. I tried the sprinkle (birthday?) and carrot cake cupcakes and they were both Ok. My two daughters tried 2 other more elaborate/fancy flavors, one the oreo creation and the other a fancy loaded chocolate one of sorts. They too said both were just ok. We drive 13 miles to have our favorite cupcakes and will keep doing so. I don't think we will be back. read more

After hearing some good word of mouth about this local business , I decided to throw them my business. I went there to buy some cupcakes for my wife's birthday. First of all it was empty. The clerk seemed indifferent to my request. It was as if she could care less about making my wife's bday a special day. She made me feel like I didn't matter. I went ahead and bought four cupcakes. They were average at best. Somewhat dry and pretty basic. I overpaid for something I could have done at home. I probably will not go back. read more

We got the "cupcake smash" which is two scoops of ice cream and a cupcake served in a cup. The whole thing was amazing. Loved the cookies and creme cupcake as well as the brownie cheesecake ice cream. Definitely will come back! And the inside is so cute! read more

As we were planning our daughter's wedding and had already decided to use Nothing Bundt Cakes, I found out that their cakes all frozen then defrosted and served. NOTHING FRESH! That's why they taste weird. We happened to find SMALLCAKES in Keller and fell in love. Cici's cake date moist, mouthwatering and FRESH! Baked everyday! We canceled our 600 cupcake order with NBC and quickly arranged for a large order here. They provided delivery and set up at very reasonable prices. We could not have been more pleased. Compliments still keep coming from our 225+ guests. We whole-heartedly recommend these for any occasion or just for a personal treat. Believe me, we can't resist weekly! P.S. They serve delicious, unique flavored ice cream too which makes it hard to decide so we get both! read more

I love to bake and I'm very picky about cakes I buy. These cupcakes were excellent. I was really pleased. I brought a dozen to a friend's house and they were gobbled up. My favorite is the German Chocolate!!! Yummy! read more

I can not say enough about how AMAZING Debbie & the Owner are! Let me start by saying that I am INSANELY picky & had some HUGE specifics that I was hoping to have done. NOT ONLY was the communication SPOT ON, but they went above & beyond to get done what I was requesting & they did it in a way that TRULY made me feel so welcomed as a customer & a friend. I found my "forever" Go-To place right here. I recommend them to ANYONE above all others. They WILL do their best to accommodate ALL/ANY customizations, no matter how quirky it may be! read more
