Cute cupcake and ice cream spot with lots of choices. Love the different types of seating inside. Decided to try the ice cream vs cupcakes although they had about 10+ kinds of different cupcakes. I had a pecan flavored ice cream which was good but not anything too special. They have a few unique flavors but more common ones also there were a lot of empty spots so not sure if they ran out or just didn't have that many options to choose from. Would come back to try the cupcakes though read more

We went for ice cream last Wednesday, but their entire cooler was empty due to needing repair, so we bought cupcakes. Tasty, moist cupcakes with decadent icings! The interior was less cozy and welcoming than other Smallcakes we've been to in other states, but they may be in a transition at the moment. read more

So good!!! I was hesitant to try this place because of the previous bad reviews about the service. However, the two young women who greeted me were very polite and pleasant, and totally focused on my experience! The cupcakes are beautiful and delicious (I got lemon and chocolate cream pie). I highly recommend this cute little shop! read more

I'm not really a big fan of cupcakes, and truth be told I haven't had ordered any from here. But I do love ice cream, and they do serve that too. They had 20 different flavors of ice cream; some were conventional, some were less common but certainly familiar, and others were completely unique. There was a good variety to choose from, and many had interesting mix-ins (like potato chips for example). Like any good ice cream joint, you can sample them to your heart's content. When you're finally ready to order, you choose between small or jumbo sized cups (no cones unfortunately). The small was plenty - essentially 2 full scoops for $3.75. I didn't see any sorbets or dairy-free flavors though, so make sure you're good with the creamy dairy stuff. There are also about 15 different kinds of cupcakes to choose from, and they sure look pretty. Other people I know have said that they enjoy the cupcakes here even if they don't usually like cupcakes very much usually, so I'm sure they're well worth a try. I believe they were also $3.75 a pop. You also have the option of getting a cupcake with ice cream! Parking is plentiful & tables are clean. Worth visiting if you have a sweet tooth! read more

Went to Smallcakes yesterday to grab some of the free cake balls I'd gotten for belonging to their little club. While I was there got several other things for the fam. I'm trying to eat low carb, I've gained the COVID #19 instead of the Freshman #15, ya know. So, I tried one of the Keto fat bombs. It was the first Id ever tried, but it was delish and so tempting to go back today to get another! This girl likes her sweets! If you haven't tried Smallcakes, you're missing out read more

This is not a complaint about the food itself, rather the treatment of customers. A couple of days ago my mother in law (77), daughter and grandbaby stopped in for ice cream after a drs.appt. My mother in law can not walk long distances and requires a walking stick for support. After they ordered their ice cream they set down at one of the few tables in there to eat. The male owner came over and said "Get up guys, we need this table. " And then he just walked away.. No please, no explanation. Nothing. Talk about feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I get that things are more restricted due to covid, but come on... read more

This little shop was awesome! What a great mix of crazy comfort foods. Cupcakes and ice cream! Both were predefined new and interesting flavors. We all tried the cupcake smash. They take the cupcake of your choice and split it in half. The bottom half goes into a large cup and then they put a large single scoop of your choice of ice cream on top. They then take the top of the cupcake to top it off, and hand you a spoon. Amazing! Chocolate Cupcake with chocolate ice cream. The cupcake was moist and the icing sublime. An extraordinary treat. A little pricy at $6 each, but as an occasional treat it was wonderful. read more

Hours online say they close at 9 pm. My mom and I pulled up at 8:20 right in front of the store. We start getting out to go in and the lights get flipped off. We go back to the car and they flip the sign to closed. Closing 40 minutes early?? Bad business. read more

I was thrilled to find a bakery in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Everyone in my family were ecstatic to have some cupcakes. Honestly, we had better. The area location is easily missed and the inside is too small for families. The staff are great and they serve you fresh cupcakes and handcrafted ice cream, but they don't keep up with inventory on the cupcakes for new customers. Warning: You HAVE to eat your cupcake with a fork. We didn't realize we would need any. What a big mistake that was. We all love our cupcakes to be moist, but Smallcake's cupcakes are too moist, they fell apart in our hands, icing and crumbs got everywhere. They're delicious, but there's too much icing and they're very rich. Maybe I'll try their ice cream next time instead. read more

Cupcakes taste just fine. Person working behind the counter is extremely rude! Have no intentions of ever going back!

One of the girl was extremely rude, she threw my card back on the counter and told me they only sold cupcakes individually when I had a coupon, I asked was the coupons not valid or had it expired and she asked the other workers how to use it because she didn't know how. The order worker had extremely nice and helpful. read more

Ok so cupcakes are not bad but I didn't find anything special about it. I got a German chocolate the cake was basic it tasted like when I make box cake and the frosting was bland it's was, also got a pumpkin spice cupcake this one had a subtle taste and the Frosting was better to the other but once again it was kind of basic. At 3.75 each I find them overpriced for the basic flavors. They felt heavy because of the frosting. They looked nice they are pleasing to look at. Oh they do sell dog treat cupcakes but I just gave them from the ones I bought. Overall not bad just nothing special. I also notice they sell ice cream and coffee but Keurig coffee which is way too basic for me. For a specialty dessert I figured they would have specialty coffee read more

Delicious cupcakes, but disappointed with the cake to frosting ratio for the price ($3.75/cupcake or $3 each if you buy a dozen or more). I knew Smallcakes puts a lot of frosting on their cupcakes, but there was not enough cake. It was my first time going to their store, and I'm not sure if I will go back. read more

My dog recently won a contest through them. I went to go pick up the prize but was unaware that dogs were unwelcome here, I quickly gave her to my friend to take outside. I understood why they weren't welcomed, I was just unaware. I thought maybe they needed to see her. The man behind the counter told me over and over again about safety measures. Then he proceeded to say, dogs are not welcomed, even if they do look better than their owners straight to my face. I thought this was extremely rude and not very professional. read more

Really delicious. But they literally only do cupcakes. They have mini, regular and jumbo sized cupcakes and about 2 dozen flavors they rotate periodically plus a half dozen flavors they always carry. There is a ton of frosting on every cupcake. Don't be a hero, no one human can eat that much frosting. read more

The cupcake was moist and tasted good. Ice cream was really kinda... slimy? Rubbery? It wasn't very ice creamy.. my 4 year old didn't even like it. Hmm the girl that was helping us was not very friendly.. she barely said 2 words and she didn't smile either even when my son asked for the flavor of ice cream politely bc Of that I won't go back. I'll make my own cake. read more

The cupcakes are ok. Certain ones are better than others. Some of them are too sweet but that is just my opinion. I'm sure there are people out there who may prefer that. My issue with this place is that they have rules meant to make you pay more. Like you cant get two flavors in an ice cream in a medium size - only in a large (which is more expensive). Other places let you get whatever flavors you want as long as the quantity doesn't exceed the container. Truth be told, this may be a little thing - but it is enough to prevent me from wanting to go back. Fair business practices get more business. Period. So I'll save my money for a local business owner that isn't in the business of manipulating customers. read more

The cupcakes are moist and all but they taste like a box cake. Their frosting is the only good thing about it. I always get the cookies n cream. The crumbled up Oreo cookies on top r always soggy. They are pricey. read more

I was visiting in the area and this place caught my eye! Unfortunately, I did not look at the reviews prior to going in. They have a cute layout and everything is pretty much pretty in pink. They have various flavors for both ice cream and cupcakes, and they also have other specialty foods such as treats for your fur baby and edible cookie dough. The ice cream we had was good, no complaints there. My family loves baked goods but we felt that the cupcakes weren't anything special. We had the red velvet and the lemon cupcake. The flavors were bland and the frosting had an off taste. It wasn't necessarily an old tasting flavor, but it sort of made me think like I bought the cupcakes from a corner store. I was expecting them to be rich, moist and packed with flavor, but I think I've definitely baked better tasting cupcakes from a box. I can't remember the exact price but I know each cupcake was pushing $4 and they were not worth the price. I will say, our dogs loved their pupcakes. I think since the place is very cute, I can see it being a spot to take your little ones in for a special treat and on the plus side, not be tempted to order too much. read more

My family and I recently moved here to Stillwater from NM, my mother in law just flew in for a visit and we decided to drop in to get a cupcake, love their cupcakes however one of their girls that they had working there did nothing but give us dirty looks and was very rude the other girl was all smiles and was very friendly, thankfully for smallcakes because if not for that we would not be going back. read more

My sister and I went and ordered the lemon and the Chocoholic cupcakes. The lemon cupcake tasted like artificially flavored lemon candy and I could barely eat it, and I absolutely LOVE lemon. The icing of the Chocoholic cupcake was not good, it tasted very processed. Overall we think we could make better cupcakes and will not be going back. Does not seem like they put in any extra effort to make the cupcakes. read more

I didn't care for these cupcakes - they taste like extremely processed cake from a supermarket. I didn't even want to finish mine, which is not normal for me. They are oversized, but the frosting is too sweet and chemical-ish, like the stuff you buy in a tub at the store, and the cake itself was bland. The employees were very nice, but the cupcakes are not worth the calories. read more

The best cupcakes is Stillwater! Very friendly staff and great atmosphere, a little pricey but well worth it!

I'm sorry but it was horrible tasting. I got these for a birthday and everyone agreed. We also got a cake at Walmart which cost a lot less than the cupcakes and tasted 10x better read more

Im a lemon lover so when i saw the lemon cupcake, it called out my name! The cake was good. Moist, not crumbly. Definitely not lemon. The hint of lemon was actually in the frosting which was very light and fluffy. My taste buds wanted lemon. I am a bit disappointed. Especially for the price. read more

This place was awesome until recently. Some of the staff can't tell the difference in strawberry cake vs. vanilla and the manager just blew that off. We used to frequent this place weekly but now not so much. The last cupcake I got had a hard crunchy top and wasn't moist. The frosting is good but they have cut down on the amount. The frequently run out of frosting and can't sell the special of the day because of that. Very disappointed..... read more
