Cookies are delicious store is quaint but the employee was dumb as a box of rocks.. Flyer at the hospital said "Nurses come by get your free cookies!" During Covid crisis we thought this was nice so 3 of us went in when asked to show badge we all showed a picture of it on our phone as not to carry the germ covered badge with us. Ordered cookies for myself for my birthday. 3 hours and 3 phone calls to insomnias call center later, I'm told the 3rd party driver stole my order, or we just don't know the store is so busy... no idea where the order ended up, and the driver even lied and said said he'd called me to no answer. I placed an order and after over an hour of waiting with no updates I gave them a call because I just so happened to check the app for it to tell me the delivery driver couldn't deliver it to us. Instead of calling because they couldn't find the house they turned around and went back to the store with their prepaid tip and no refund. I called and the customer service rep called the store to send them back to us. At this point I'm ready to cancel the order but decide to wait thinking it will only be 20 minutes or so. I placed this order at 8:57 PM. It is now 10:48. We have still not received the $45 order of cookies and no phone calls with an update. I am a repeat customer of Insomnia. Would have been great cookies but horrible service meant cold cookies and a sour attitude. We ordered cookies at 0807 p.m. and were told that there would be a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. That was perfect for us as we were finishing up our dinner at the station. I advised our name, spelling it out, our physical address, and no special instructions. I received a notification of a missed call at 0858 p.m. with a voicemail stating that they, insomnia cookie driver, were outside. I walked outside and there was no one there. Everyone in our station took turns trying to call insomnia customer service and the order number with no answer on any line. It was decided that we would then drive to insomnia cookies an hour and a half after our initial order time to inquire about our order. Upon arrival we were advised that standard practice to call twice and leave a message. There was only one phone call, there was no attempt to knock on the door, though our bay door was wide open and they made no attempt to contact us. The gentleman at the counter said they would have knocked if the door was visible. To put a cherry on top of this horrible service, we were unable to get a refund for the delivery charge on our cold cookies. They didn't even offer us new warm cookies or an apology. read more

I'm from out of town and didn't have a mask so I covered my face with my shirt thinking like everywhere else if they really want me to have a mask they should have mask for me to wear ...she goes to tell me that's not a mask that she can't serve me even tho my mouth and nose are covered. that even tho my nose and mouth are covered she can't serve me bc she could get fired. Personally, I was not satisfied with my experience. A group of friends and I stood outside of the business while waiting on our cookie order because the inside area closed at 11pm and that was not listed. Ordered cookies to be delivered and I received a phone call letting me know they don't deliver to the door because of "policy". I then had to walk into a dark parking lot with no lights to pick up my cookies. It was over a football field walk from my apartment. Who DOESN'T like cookies?!? Great concept for a college town and prominently located right on the popular Strip just a couple of doors down from University Ave and a few north of Coney Island. Their late night hours and delivery service starting at noon ought to be a hit with their target demographic. We stopped by on our way out of town so the Six Pack was a convenient way to take some with us, but we had to try the Bigwich -- icing spread between 2 cookies of your choice. Their "Deluxe" cookies come in 4 flavors (including a Brownie) and "Traditional" cookies, which are a bit smaller, come in 8 flavors. If you are watching calories or not sharing with someone you might opt for a Bigwich with Traditional cookies--still a whopping 540 calories but worth every bite. Definitely a treat and not something to add to your regular diet but still a great option for sweets anytime day or night. Will have to check out the ice cream on a future visit. read more

No delivery I've ever ordered has taken over an hour (and I'm talking about Chinese food, pizza, etc.), and their "cookie tracker" nonsense isn't a working feature on their website. Ordered some cookies as a surprise for my daughter after a hard week at school. Asked to have them delivered at 3:00. Tracker wasn't working so I called customer service to check the status since it was after 3:00 and I hadn't heard from my daughter. Last time I did this, she called as soon as they were delivered. Customer service called the store. I was then informed that they called my daughter to let her know the cookies, that she didn't know she was getting, would be delayed. This evening at 9:37 I placed an order for 6 cookies. I received a notification 40 mins later informing me that my phone number was not accurate so when they attempted to call they failed to reach me. My number hasn't changed in over 10 years and my address remains the same from 6 years ago. The first 3 individuals from customer service said that they had contacted the store directly and updated my information. If you will notice, local numbers for Insomnia Cookies are unavailable, therefore customer service is the only method of contact. After waiting another 20 minutes, by this time 11:18 pm, I called yet again with the desire for only a refund. Interestingly enough, with the continued desire for cookies, I input my boyfriend's information and placed the same order. Not five minutes later, there was a call to my phone and a knock at the door. This happened to be the original order from 2 hours and 10 mins prior. I informed the driver I had been refunded and placed another order and he attempted to forcefully grab the box from my hand. With every intention of cancelling the second order, I refused. He pealed out of our driveway in such a way, it could have been very dangerous to others. My last phone call with the company was to report this behavior and cancel the duplicate order. Yes, the cookies were cold and not able to be eaten but we were done. I did not have a very good first experience with Insomnia Cookies. First of all it is very frustrating that you cannot contact the actual store your order will come out of! The orders go through Philadelphia so the person you are talking to knows nothing about the town of Stiliwater, Ok.! I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail which I never received. When I called back to see if the order had been delivered they said " why don't you just call your son and see if he received them!" Well, if he hasn't received them yet that kind of ruins the surprise doesn't it!?!? Oh and I found out later from my son that the receipt for the order was in the box! With the amount I paid included!! When u send flowers to someone they don't include the receipt! I had paid by credit card and even tipped the driver so not sure why the receipt needed to be included?!?! I will send my own cookies next time! read more
