Every Oncue I've gone to is bright well lit. Customerservice is phenomenal. The GM typically works in the morning and they have a manager on every shift. Everything is cleaned throughout the day, and the graveyard shift does a phenomenal job of breaking down everything and cleaning the coffee machines or the grills along with what they call their second shift.
