And unless you are going off hours, it's always packed and there's as much seating as it can accommodate, but that's not a whole lot. So, I'm always picking up and eating at home. I am a local now, I'd love to join the locals here, I'm just not sure when I'd do that, and as a solo-flyer, I'd be robbing people of valuable food real estate. All the meats were fresh and hot with tortillas tasting handmade. Topped with the typical onion and cilantro. They give you salsa on the side. The Gorditas is what got me excited! I love that they use a handmade mass dough to make these. The meat of choice was Carne Asada. They were out of Lengua. I will go back again and again for this. It was my absolute favorite. The food trailer in some of the pictures has been replaced by a building on the edge of Troyer's parking lot. You order at the window and most times there's going to be a line.
