Norm's employee, David came out today, he was also very nice and professional. He was friendly to my curious dogs too! David was honest and told me the dishwasher wasn't worth repairing since the cost for the part cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part.
