They cleaned the carbs and proceeded to drop them, cracking and breaking them without telling me and just covered the damage with the air box. They told me the reason my bike still didn't run was the head gasket. I took the bike to a real mechanic who found their shoddy work, showed me, and proceeded to get my bike running for $300, but my original carbs are destroyed. My head gasket is fine. I will drive all the way to Longmont for a real mechanic rather than go to Bloody Knuckles.

From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

While I loved receiving a text message with details from the technician and then an email with estimated costs, once I approved the work (love that BTW), I had to call multiple times to find out when my car would be ready for pickup. Why this was an issue for me is CBA is not open on the weekends, so not knowing if u would have a car less than 1 hour before closing on Friday (6PM) was concerning. - The parking lot is TIGHT and it was hard to turn around to find an available spot due to how the lot is configured. Would I return? - 100% yes. Now I know how CBA works, I can better set my personal expectations that I will not have a car for the entire day after drop off (I dropped off at 9AM). Not a huge concern - just understanding the playbook. I do recommend CBA for car repairs. Were they pricey? I say yes, but no more than other places I've been to in Castle Rock. Plus, I love that they provided upfront costs in their message and that I was easily able to approve or deny.

I walked in with my 5 year old who is signed up for his first recreation center inline hockey experience and of course the rec center said we needed to have him decked out in all hockey padding gear but didn't give me a list of what was needed. The two staff members working there, Tama and Blake, only needed to hear my plea of help and they jumped in and cheerfully helped us. My 5 year old was so excited to be getting fitted for everything and I was so grateful that I had people helping him not only in a friendly/excited manner but in a very knowledgeable manner as well. If left to my own devices, I know I would have gotten the wrong things and what I did get would have not fit correctly. We walked out of the store in a pretty fast manner with all of our gear from Helmet to hockey stick and everything in between (except the skates we already had) and though I wasn't happy about the price tag (not because of the store's prices but because it is a 5 year old :)) I was very happy about the money and time saved!! I was also very impressed at how both Tama and Blake took extra care in finding items that worked/fit. As you probably know a 5 year old was not the easiest to fit and I was impressed by their thoughtfulness of how to make the helmet that fit in all aspects but one - end up fitting. My husband (the sports lead in our family but person who also had to work so I had to take the kiddo) was also very impressed by the gear, how it fit and the cost savings!
