I really haven't had better customer service in a bike shop like this before. I bought my last bike here and it was a steal. Clearance price and it was exactly what I wanted. I ride a lot and any time I need something done, they fix it super fast and I hardly ever have to leave it overnight. They just handle it. The showroom is super nice and clean. Everything is displayed very well and clearly priced. This is to me, is a premium and tailored store. I feel that my needs are met every time at a fair price considering the quality. Some of the bikes are SUPER expensive, but they have affordable options as well. Anywhere from just a few hundred to thousands if you really want to treat yourself. My potatoes were likewise fine, but I wasn't sold that either was worth the cost or the wait. The chai latte I really came for had a peppery kick and wasn't sweet at all, which may be a good or a bad thing depending on one's perspective.
