One thing I wanted to do was find a unique style of burger. Yes, I love a good cheeseburger But sometimes I like to find a good fusion/twist on a classic and I think I might've found it here. Burger review Smash-burger taco 9.9/10 When I say, I want a smash patty what Casey gave me was exactly that he literally executed a perfectly smashed patty with crispy edges also had some braised onions smashed into the patty but one thing I feel like certain elements are required when making a smashed burger, and understanding your burger blend to me is the most essential and Casey knew the assignment ..... before I forget its not on the menu at the 14 mill but you most definitely can ask for it Overall: I understand this isnt a traditional burger but in my eyes it's still one and I would argue this has to be one of the best in Springfield I feel like I should get with some of my foodie friends and host a burger fest/comp in the ozarks area and I'd put money thw would be top 5 but that's just my opinion lol. I got the sweet Thai chili shrimp taco, Yin Yang shrimp taco and the ultimate Philly notchos taco. My first disappointment was how long I saw mine sit under the light while they waited on the girls tacos to get ready. My three were barely warm and I found them to be mediocre at best. The flavor on them all was sorely lacking. I also felt it was over priced for what we got I wish I had gone and gotten the quiche at the nearby bakery instead. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly. Maybe we went on a bad day but I won't go back. I will try another vendor in the food hall next time. The food hall is clean and the music inside is a nice volume. Plenty of seating.

They have a nice little seating area with shade, tables, and even turf with some music playing to set the mood. I ordered the chicken adobado on a whim after trying to decide on lunch the whole morning leading go up to this and it was like a wish had come true. My life after having this grilled, spiced, juicy, perfection of chicken will never be the same. Accompanied by green salsa, cactus, rice, beans, and a giant, hot tortilla this chicken adobado is worth seeking Tuka Taco out. It was cooked perfectly and expertly seasoned by a couple that could be your neighbors. Another review mentions the 20 minute wait and I can confirm, however, it is fully worth it because of the quality and quantity of food you're getting as well as supporting one of Springfield's local food trucks.
