OMG it was just so slow today, and it's starting to become more the norm than a once in awhile thing. I've noticed that this typically happens when they have this long haired skinny kid working making sandwiches regardless of how many people are working there. The dude moves like molasses in the wintertime. In addition to this, he continually handed out the wrong orders to customers. This was because when people asked for something special on their order he didn't call it out as something like a number 5 hold the onions. He just kept calling out the numbers and let the customers figure it out. After a long wait he finally called out Hunters Club. When I went to take it he said he forgot the Dijon so he'd give me some packets. I got home to find the packets were regular mustard. Fortunately I had Dijon at home so I could reassemble my sandwich, but I could have saved the time aggravation and just made the sandwich at home.

We were going to go classic, but the guy said they were really known for "gourmet grilled cheese" so we asked his recommendation. He recommended the BBQ Mac and cheese, so we agreed. We were given a pager, and waited in the car. Pretty fast; we also got a water so the total was $9 and change. Well I expect a lot from an $8 grilled cheese!!! The sandwich was small, regular sized bread "not even Texas Toast." The ingredients weren't piled high, and the worst part is they weren't premium "at all!" The cheese had no bite, or mouthfeel. Sure it looked cheesy, but the entire sandwich had zero flavor. The only thing I could taste was the BBQ sauce that was extremely heavily catsup based, and out of a container. Also the Mac and cheese tasted like it was off brand, as well as the cheese they used for the base. All I tasted was 1. Butter. 2. Bread and 3. BBQ sauce. I truly expected a combination and flavor explosion, and all I got was a bland basic sandwich for $9. Put your foot in it, pour some love and money into your product, don't cut corners to save money, and if you do then just don't make anything. Some Kraft cheese and some velveeta cheese would go a long way with this company. Yes the cheese they are using now is worse than the cheese I suggested they use!
