William and his team catered my sisters wedding reception and it was fantastic. We had appetizers and a served sit down dinner for 50 people and everyone raved about the food. The team did a salad and then an entree that also included serving drinks. They were very efficient and did an amazing job clearing the dishes and cleaning up. I live in Boston and did all the arrangements on line for my sister's wedding at the Lake of the Ozarks on line and over the phone with both William and Amy. I was somewhat nervous on how this was going to turn out since I didn't meet them ahead of time .....but I had absolutely nothing to worry about, it was so much better than up I expected!! If you are having an event or wedding you will not be disappointed with Infused Catering, I promise they will make your event spectacular! Both required their staff to travel over an hour to venues that they were not familiar with. Here's my note to them after our event: "I just want to take a moment to thank you Catering Creations for great services for my daughter's wedding on the 20th. The servers and bartenders were wonderful and the set - up take down was seamless. Everyone raved about how good the food was - it was practically all gone! We loved the full bar services offered. Our guests were shocked with all of the choices! They kept asking me " So we can have anything we want?" Lol...I saw blue drinks, pink drinks, lemon shots ...it was great to provide the full-on bar service. And the Champagne toast was absolutely wonderful - my favorite of course. You all truly are doing what God has called ya'll to do by making one of the most stressful parts of a wedding, stress free and at such as reasonable price. The venue was very impressed as well, so I hope this converts to many referrals for you. Keep up the great work and I will be calling again in a year or two for the next one."
