The servers and bartenders were wonderful and the set - up take down was seamless. Everyone raved about how good the food was - it was practically all gone! We loved the full bar services offered. Our guests were shocked with all of the choices! They kept asking me " So we can have anything we want?" Lol...I saw blue drinks, pink drinks, lemon shots ...it was great to provide the full-on bar service. And the Champagne toast was absolutely wonderful - my favorite of course. This is a huge portion of cost and terrible for the environment. 2. The price for a taco bar was $16.66 a person. 3. The food was cold because the owner said the wind was blowing to hard to keep the food warm. I suggested moving to where there was no wind. He said he was already set up. 3. The taco bar was only up for 45 minutes. Meaning anyone still having photos...etc did not get to eat. And no one knows where the left over food went. 4. I have gone and price shopped the product they brought, and I was quite liberal with my shopping. At the highest the price for ingredients is $300. More likely the cost was $180. Meaning the caterer made around $700 for mediocre product (all where ingredients from Walmart. The caterer couldn't even find it in his heart to hide the wrappers and containers from the guests), set up four pans and open a few jars. There was no cleanup. All for 45 minutes of work.
