Most are between:330-5pm which is really hard for a person who has a job, and it's tough to grab the kid from school then rush across town. 2. Closed when schools are closed IE vacations, and breaks. 3. Not letting parents view their children in class. I'm sure some people don't want to, and maybe teachers feel like it takes the attention away from them, but some parents still want to be involved. Sitting in a narrow hallway on uncomfortable furniture is not the idea for parents waiting an hour and a half. 4. Return policy, return unused items within one week for store credit. I mean come on "store credit?" Like I said nothing personal against the staff at all, they are all fantastic, but the studio, and it's hours need some work.
