The Pulled Pork was a bit dry and made me regret not getting the 'bbq sauce', although not knowing what it was. The Marbled Brisket was fatty and just delightful. It was what made me realize that I needed to pay another visit before my week long trip was over. On the next visit, I ended up opting for a 3 Item Combination. The additional $3 allowed me to get another bbq item. Jalapeño Sausage, Beef Rib, and Marbled Brisket were my selections and they were all great. The Beef Rib seasoned well and the jalapeno sausage had a nice kick to it. The bbq sauce also had a nice spice to it too, which was perfect dipping sauce to the brisket and elevated it to the next level.
