Of course, I recommend both therapists very highly, but personally speaking, Adam's massage and knowledge are unsurpassed. I usually book 90 minutes, but this time I only booked an hour, and it's killing me I didn't have the extra 30 minutes. Regardless, my back, neck, and legs felt so much better, even days after. The staff member hardly offered an apology and suggested that I still have my service. As if letting my husband sit in the lobby for an hour while I attempt to enjoy a massage was an option? What a waste of our Saturday morning . The lack of empathy, poor customer service, and disregard for client scheduling are unacceptable for a premium wellness brand.
