I hear HORROR stories from people who rent homes, but working with her has been an absolute breeze. Any time i reached out to her, she immediately responded, any issues we had with the home, someone was there that day to fix the issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances we have to unfortunately move again and will be leaving Vicki behind as our property manager and i can not express how upset we are. Starting with a lease property and then on to a home purchase. We were so extremely pleased with her services that when it came to selling my parent's home we knew that Vicki would be the only one to make that transition a very easy and smooth one for them. My parents (who are both in their 80's) had to move into a retirement community due to my mother's health issues and needed to sell their home fast. It was extremely hard for them to give up their home that they dearly loved. Vicki came in and put their mind completely at ease. She was so compassionate and really listened to what their needs were. Vicki took the reins and got the ball rolling. She knew my parents were on a limited income and didn't have a huge budget to spend on fixing up the house. Vicki made some calls and had contractors there within hours (within their budget) to help clean out the house and even get it prepped for sale. Four days later the sign was in the yard and we had over eleven offers that first day. The house SOLD in 2 days!!!! Yep! She is Amazing!!! If there is such a thing as a super hero Vicki would be it! She has ALWAYS come through for us. If we had a plumbing emergency or any kind of issue Vicki would be on the phone instantly with a name and number for us to rectify the situation fast. She makes herself available for her clients and always goes above and beyond. She has treated us more like family than a client. It is obvious she is passionate and truly loves what she does and it shows. Vicki really puts her clients needs first. If you have a real estate need please consider calling her you will have a real estate agent and a friend for life! Yes, she is that great!!!

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. When…read moreshe was recommended to me I was thinking "An agent in Southlake????" and felt a little intimidated by the idea. The first time I met Lauren I knew I could put that fear to rest. It was my first home buying experience and I was looking under the $300K range (hence my intimidation)! I was also looking in HEB or Arlington area. I should note - this is all taking place during COVID as well. After reaching out via e-mail Lauren asked some introductory questions and got to work! Within a few days I was in the portal, matched with great listings and she was teaching me along the way. As someone who had no experience, I appreciated this the most. She took the time to teach me the terms, what to expect, and what portions of what I was asking made sense. By the time we were done I really understood the process thanks to her. I had a lot of questions, and I was always made to feel comfortable asking them. The time we were looking houses were flying off the market. She was sending us listings daily, and with our strict work schedules Lauren was working hard for us in the background - scheduling showings in the cold, after 6PM and on the weekends too! As she got to know the personalities of my partner and I she was adjusting along the way and the listings were absolutely matching our feedback and what I am sure she was noticing. In less than a month we found our retro remodeled dream near UTA and Lauren advocated for us the whole way. She was working for us like we were one of her million dollar clients, though we are just a hard working young couple getting into our first home. I will never forget that, paired with her true desire to see us happy. Buying a home is such a milestone and everything around it can be surreal. Many people describe it as stressful, but I never felt that. That says so much about Lauren, and I will recommend her to anyone looking for thier first place or forever home. We are so glad we chose Lauren to share this milestone with.

He took us around to a few houses on our list and a few that weren't on our list that he thought we might like. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the Southlake area. I hate agents who follow you around from room to room or are pushy. Randy was far from that. He gave us our space while still providing information. I would definitely recommend Randy if you're looking for a house in the Southlake/Colleyville area.
