As soon as our time expired the waitress came and took our food without asking if we were done also. Then the prices were double what the sign says and they said you have to order and eat your food at the bar and it doesn't say that on the signs. We spoke to the owner and they did nothing about it. I told them I had a hurt shoulder and could bowl with a 10lb ball. After allowing me to bowl with a 10lb ball for only 3 frames, the acting manager came over and took the ball away and left me a 12lb ball saying it was the rule and she could lose her job if she didn't enforce it... we asked the staff what their policy was if someone, "a man," cannot physically bowl with a 12lb ball due to a physical limitation a.k.a. a disability. The cashier answered, "then they don't bowl." ...long story short, we left and will never return.
