We had to be moved to other side of bowling alley to get a lane with bumpers for our kid. Staff mentioned multiple lanes out of order. Then when you finally get to bowl your bowling ball gets stuck every other time. Pretty high prices for bowling early. We got there before 5:00 and no wait staff came by so went to the bar to order and bartender told us go see the wait staff lady over there. As soon as our time expired the waitress came and took our food without asking if we were done also. Then the prices were double what the sign says and they said you have to order and eat your food at the bar and it doesn't say that on the signs. We spoke to the owner and they did nothing about it. At least I know why I never go here now.

We got there at 7ish (concert starts at 6:30) and started at the bar with corndogs - best corndogs I've ever had! I got the normal one with waffle fries and my husband got the kielbasa corndog. Def in-house hand battered, and they did NOT have that old-fry oil taste! Recommend giving those a try for sure! Outside during the concert had some reserve seating, turf grass area right in front of stage, and whiskey barrel tables everywhere. Sound was great, environment was awesome, the sun sets behind so it wasn't hot or in your face. Band played for a while, took a 30min break then finished strong! Parking is the downfall, we were luckily told but our tubing shuttle guy to park at the lot before so we pulled in to one of the last few spots. And it was free $$$$$ parking Idk how to describe it other than we had a blast, favorite day of the trip, the people at Snow Bowl are awesome, fun, welcoming... gotta stop here on concert nights!!! You get a table for an hour! And for only like 6 bucks. Much better than waiting for a table downtown for half an hour, only to play one game. If you're a decent player, like myself, you could easily play 6 games in the hour, a dollar per game... unless you decide to play against a noob. The tables are also larger and slicker than the tables you'd find at the pub or at sundown. There's only 6 tables though. That's pretty good in comparison to the pub, but it's a shame to show up to a full house, albeit's never happened to me. Don't spend a dime on food or drink here though, it's outrageously overpriced. Far better to appropriately pre-game before arriving is my suggestion.

Negative experience. While on vacation at Top of the Village my family and I stopped into this…read morebowling alley on a Sunday evening. There were four of us and price was $50 for one hour of bowling and $4 per shoe rental. We were placed on lane 4 and began our game. After a few minutes the lane started malfunctioning. When pins were re-racked a few would fall down. Or the machine that re-racked the pins would freeze. We had to hit the restart button over and over, taking up a lot of our hour. I brought this up to the owner (or possibly manager- he was the one in charge for that night) and he said he wanted to watch this happen. He and an employee stood behind our lane for 10 minutes just watching us play. Very annoying- and of course there were no issues during those 10 minutes. They did nothing and he went back to sitting at the bar drinking. Once it happened again I went over to him and had him come look at the lane. He told me "we get a lot of people who make stuff up" implying I was lying. He and an employee ran to the back of the lane once they saw it was frozen and told us it was fine now. We started to bowl and again we had issues. We had 2 minutes left out of our hour and at that time they said we could switch lanes. Obviously not worth it with 2 minutes left. The owner/manager ended up leaving the alley (after doing nothing to help us, he just sat at the bar and drank the whole time). At that time an employee added 30 more minutes to our game and comped the whole thing. Thank you to him!! And The waitresses were very friendly at least. This place would be great with different management- maybe the employee who worked the counter and helped us should be in charge. Will not be back the next time we make it to Snowmass.
