I personally did not hire Porter Brothers nor would I. The town I live in hired them to tar/rock…read moreand seal our streets. The company did a sloppy job, spraying tar on the curbing and into our yard. Matthew hired another company to power wash the curb they damaged. That company missed power washing the curb and damaged our yard. We were seeding and growing new grass in the area around the curb. The power wash company also backed their heavy equipment trailer into our brand new cement driveway, leaving deep scratches and rust scratches. When calling Mathew regarding the damaged and sloppy work. He was nothing but rude. Not a way to run a business at all. He offered to stop by to evaluate the damage. In which he did. He apologized and said he couldn't fix our new driveway, but he'd get some dirt and grass seed to fix the yard damage. He did admit the work was sloppy. This damage was done 2 weeks ago. He hadn't returned or contacted me to correct his companies sloppy work. I've messaged him twice, with no reply. We have since fixed their sloppy work ourselves. Think twice before you hire this company.

There is NO reason to hire this company to take care of your lawn. Their service is useless, their…read moretreatments are useless and their customer service is useless. Not only does my lawn show no improvement, it is now a nightmare. Where there was thick green grass, crab grass has taken over. It's everywhere!!! The only way to reverse this is to strip the lawn and put in new sod. I'm livid, and they don't care. They've offered a free treatment but why bother? Treating it now will certainly have no effect since it's already dying and has already produced zillions of seeds for next year's crop. Any further treatments would be a useless as the treatments they've already done. Stay far away from this company.

I was told things are bad and they are fighting it all over. I asked why if they know it is a problem they do not check back in 10 day and do another application, but I was told I have to call them back. I had canceled my appt for today and wanted to discuss a plan to get this correct. I was told that my account is now canceled because I only used them 4 times last year and now, I was only using them 3 times, and they have a 5-time minimum. The woman (Cat) would not listen she only repeated what she had said before and none of my thoughts were acknowledged. Then told me I was canceled. Not the best customer service. I will be finding a different service for next year and hope other do the same.

We had inspections stop and then six years later go to sell house only to find Kendrick does inspection and says treatment is needed. Surprise, surprise, they provide an estimate to treat. No surprise this estimate was slightly below the competition in the area. Kendrick knew the termite infestation was DECADES old and it was not a problem they just saw a way to bill another $900 for nothing. One treatment they "guarantee" no checks, no additional inspection nothing. I would NOT recommend this company for work.
