Therefore, my mother's remains were never put in an urn and were delivered by mail in a box to my home in Texas. When I called to have it taken care of, I was told to find a local funeral home to do it. They charged me over $3,000 just in administrative fees just to send a few emails. My mother's remains are still in the box they were sent in because none of the funeral homes here with touch them without the final death certificate. Without resolving any of the aforementioned issues they have now sent me to collections for $5000+ in an attempt to be paid for services not rendered. I have no problem paying for the urns and paperwork, but they have insisted that I pay staffing and administrative fees for services not rendered. Do not use this place. This has been a terrible experience.
