    Looking into the warehouse.

Instead of willy nilly picking up a bag of beans from the grocery, come directly to this family-owned roastery and you will have the opportunity to gaze inside at the roastery and warehouse. The highlight of our visit was having a chat with the owner. There is a small shop in the front to buy your beans, ground or whole. The nice thing is, instead of buying the 12 oz size bags they distribute to their local vendors, they can make you a bigger, 16 oz bag of freshly roasted beans of your choice. You can also try a couple samples of the Coffee of the Day while schmoozing. My personal choice was the Morning Fog Lifter that we had this morning over at Celias Garden Cafe in Los Osos. This roast is smooth, dark, and very special. It makes drinking my coffee black completely delightful without feeling any need to add anything. They are down the street from each other. How convenient, how fortuitous! Worthy of a big bear hug for finding both! We met with Chris, part owner along with his sister, a very friendly and knowledgeable coffee bean pusher, full of valuable tips and information. Their father was the original owner of the business. Keep him talking and you will leave a better person, not to mention a well caffinated, happy coffeeholic. While they do not have an auto ship, Coffee Club membership, as of yet, there are plans in the works. Meanwhile, you can still make an account and order online. Your order ships free for purchases over $50. Easy to do and well worth the effort for those of us who cannot buy it locally. I may have to cancel my other membership with an out of state roastery. Yes. That good! Another great find here in greater SLO.

Slo County + Slo Coffee = Wonderful beans for the best cup of coffee ever. Slo roasted coffee has been a staple in our town for as long asI can remember. They're coffee house where they process their beans is located here in Slo county. They have several flavors to choose from and many different size bags. They're served at most the restaurants here in town. Do yourself a favor and make the switch to Slo Roasted Coffee today.

My favorite coffee from SLO Roasted Coffee

Great coffee from a local company. Easy to grab a bag or two when needed. The fair trade "ring of fire" is my favorite. The morning fog lifter has great flavor also.

My husband first had this coffee when we stayed at the Sea Pines Resort in Los Osos. I ordered him several items from their website when we got home to Bakersfield. The items arrived within 24 hours! They were also very responsive to questions on their website

First time inside the store. We buy their coffee regularly but at the stores like vons. Really nice lady greeted me and sold me my coffee. Really nice and personable. Store is really small but they do have sample coffee that you can drink while you wait for them to fill your order. They have a lot of cool things to buy from grinders, coffee pots, mugs, presses etc. Great experience.

In Florida, had to take my coffee with me

Thank you Julie for having the most delicious coffee. Having had numerous brunches over the last 3-4months at Lido Restaurant and never having a bad cup of coffee, after talking with you of course it's SLO Roasted Coffee they serve! If only all local establishments could serve SLO Roast!

While in town, since I'm a big coffee drinker I had to visit here to take a tour as well as learn more about their brand. They were friendly and accommodating to do a tour for myself & my two younger Sons only. I appreciated the patience to the Woman providing the tour which was one of the owners as well. My boys rattled off about 40 questions or so, within the first 5 minutes lol. They wanted to learn more about coffee since it's Dads "favorite" drink lol. She was very nice about it & answered them in a way they could understand. On the way out I was given some sample packs to try their coffee. So far I've tried the French vanilla & I love it. Gained a fan from AZ now! I would highly recommend you stopping in to take a tour & support their local brand. Thank you once again!

We've been purchasing our coffee here for more than 20 years. A great choice for coffee. We use some of the special coffee for gifts.

It gives the coffee shop a unique feel and adds so much character to the space. I had the pain au chocolat, which was yummy with a nice dark chocolate flavor. For coffee, I ordered a latte with their house-made Raw Sugar and Whiskey syrup. The coffee was smooth, and the latte was just sweet enough without the syrup overpowering the coffee. Great coffee, a yummy pastry, and a unique space. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Morro Bay.

A great addition to Morro Bay with a very large parking lot in the back, and I noticed EV charging available as well. The ambience is excellent and my coffee was perfect. I especially loved the lemon pistachio shortbread cookie so much that I went back and ordered a second one to go. Unfortunately, when I got back to my hotel I realized I had been given a chocolate chip cookie instead. I returned to exchange it, but they had already run out of the shortbread cookies, which was disappointing. Overall, a great experience, but I'm giving it four stars because of the order mix-up and the lack of remaining cookies when I returned. Just a note to double check your bag before leaving.

In a world where restaurants and coffee shops can be wildly inconsistent, this place just keeps showing up and doing what it does best. My go-to is always the Baja Mocha. At this point, it's less of a coffee order and more of a long-term relationship. It's rich, smooth, perfectly balanced, and just spicy enough to keep things interesting. Every time I tell myself I should try something different, the Baja Mocha gives me that "Don't be ridiculous" look, and I happily order it again. A visit also isn't complete without grabbing a pound of whole beans to take home. That way, I can continue pretending my kitchen is a quaint little coffee shop instead of just... my kitchen. The café itself has a ton of character. It's on the cozy side, which means it can fill up quickly, especially during busy times. If you're looking for acres of seating and total silence, this probably isn't your spot. But if you're looking for exceptional coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place that feels like a true local favorite, you'll understand why people keep coming back. The staff is always entertaining in the best possible way. They're friendly, have personality, and somehow manage to keep things moving even when the place is buzzing. It's the kind of coffee shop where the people behind the counter seem like they're genuinely enjoying themselves, and that energy rubs off on everyone else. If you're passing through Cambria or lucky enough to live nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. Just don't blame me when the Baja Mocha becomes your default order too. I tried branching out once... the Baja Mocha and I worked through it.

The service was not very efficient with the crowd. The barista asked many questions (decaf or regular, oat milk, whole milk, 2%, almond milk, which coffee bean, etc.), which made the line move very slowly. She also had to stop taking orders halfway to make drinks, making the long line to get even longer. There wasn't enough seating, so we decided to take our food to go. They can't help warm up our pastries and directed us to use the microwave and toaster oven ourselves. For the price of the pastries I paid, I expected better service rather than DIY. When the coffee was ready, they did call names but the place was so crowded, we all had to wait outside of the cafe. So many of customers had to come in and out several times to check on their orders. The coffee was also extremely hot and not drinkable right away. Overall slow service, crowded environment, messy flow. I wouldn't come back.
